Add Comment or Description When Reserving or Cancelling a booking
As an Engage Admin/Facilities Manager,
I would like Engage users to be able to enter comments
- When booking a desk or space
- When cancelling a booking or space
Comments can be used to explain why they're reserving/cancelling the booking (team meeting, working on a project, needs specific equipment, catering requests), So that management can better understand why employees are reserving certain seats.

Please consider adding a text field for Spaces reservations (meeting rooms) that would hold an event 'title' or 'description'. If the reservation is made using a calendar integration, Engage / VBA should display the calendar event title in this field. If the reservation was made directly through Engage, the user should populate it manually. For example "Finance Team All Hands Meeting".

When a user cancels a reservation, can there be a comment field for that user to put a cancelation note.
For example, if a user gets to the station and discovers that the station does not have the full setup, a note can be easily made upon canceling.
Then the Real Estate Facilities admin can look at these notes and act upon any potential issues. -
