Prompt to Automatically Cancel Reservation When Creating New Booking for the Same Time

As an Engage end-user,
When I create another reservation that overlaps an existing reservation, I would like a prompt to ask me if I'd like to cancel/check out of the current desk. If I select "Yes," the existing booking should be cancelled by the system (instead of the user having to navigate to My Bookings), and replaced by the new reservation.

    Can a reservation be flagged or a notification show (You currently have a seat reserved for today) to eliminate multiple seats reservation on the same day, same floor or another floor and same time? This could occur as a user error, someone fiddling around or unintentionally reserving multiple seats. You must receive a notification prior to reserving a new seat.
