  1. The addition of Maintenance Checklists was great, but the ability to refer back to the history of completed checklists, print, or search for them in the Maintenance Console is very limited or non-existent.
    1. The ability to search for work that "Has Checklist" from the Maintenance Console
    2. The ability to save a completed checklist in PDF.

    3. Enhance the existing Maintenance Survey Report to group, sort, export and allow printing
    4. Once a work request is Complete and Closed there is no way of getting back to the Checklist - accessibility from Search and Manage to find work requests…

  2. Create a replacement page that can be put up when system maintenance is being done or the database is taken offline for updates/upgrades/etc. that users can be redirected to that says something to the effect of "This instance of Archibus is currently unavailable due to maintenance. Please check back soon".

    Admins could be able to route the main URL to this page if doing work on the database to notify users it's not available for a period of time.

  3. Currently the processs to update the exchange rates is either manual or through data transfer.

    It would be nice if there was a workflow created that would import the daily exchange rates from the International Monetary Fund. Then update the Budget and Payment Conversion Factors for any currencies in the afm_conversions table. Allow setting the frequency of the update to daily, monthly, etc.. depending on the level of accuracy required.

  4. When displaying the planning of a project (Gantt tab from the Project Management Console), it is by default centered on the project start date.
    This is Okay, but it would be nice for the user to be able to center the planning on today's date, by adding a button for that for example, next to the other controls.

  5. Since there is a separate login for WebCentral and Workplace, I have been recommending that users that require access to only Workplace to login from there. One item that has come up with a few organizations is how a user can change their language without going to WebCentral -> My Profile.

    My suggestion is to add a Settings menu item to My Account at the upper right corner and allow users to set their Locale and maybe their User-Display Units-of-Measure.

    Without this option, users would need to either contact an administrator or login to WebCentral and change it from My…

  6. Our customer requests the ability to display any message when a tree panel is filtered and there are no hits.

    If there were no hit records in the GRID panel, "No records to display." will be displayed.
    However, if there are no records in the TREE panel such as in the "Define Organizations" and "Equipment Systems Console" tasks, nothing is displayed and the panel is completely blank.

    This is a minor detail, but this specification is unpopular with customers. Even when the behavior is correct, it appears to the user as if an error has occurred on the view.

  7. Enable the ability to track the employee who booked the workspaces as well as the employee who is assigned to use the workspace when a workspace is booked for other in the workplace. Currently, when a user books a space for other, the system applies the employee name who the desk is booked for in the rmpct table, but does not track the actual employee who requested the booking.

  8. Logic behind a checklist.

    High Risk Operations. Maintenance field workers must complete a "HRO permit" checklist to ensure safe condition before starting asset-based preventive maintenance or reactive work. They must verify through a risk assessment that the work can be performed safely. There are times that this HRO permit is not needed for the maintenance that is being done. So to have the checklist have the ability to have logic would be much more beneficial for the technicians performing the work.

  9. Leases can have a huge number of associated records. We added an enhancement for our client that we think would be useful in core Archibus - in the options and recurring costs tabs of the lease portfolio console hide expired records by default and add a button to show them so they can view only when required.

  10. Leases can get very crowded with many documents already, if a record created for clause/option/amendment/communication log does not actually have a document attached it should not show up in the documents tab of the lease portfolio console.

  11. When the organization uses SAML for authentication, you must setup a second instance of Web Central to support API calls. If the organization is using Onsite, then another instance of Web Central must be setup to support that application. Once these secondary environments are up, a user can go to the URL and attempt to log into those systems.

    We are requesting a switch in Web Central config files that would disable the UI login capability. With this switch turned on, a user would receive a message on the Archibus login page suggesting they are not authorized to log into…

  13. Add ability to indicate a display order for floors on the Space Console on the FL table. Currently if a building has a floor 4 and a floor 14, floor 4 will be listed after floor 14 on the floor list.

  14. In current versions, when you configure a Service Desk SLA, you can only send the request to an Internal Service Provider and/or an External Service Provider. This means that the request can be assigned to as much as 2 different users. It would be very useful to be able to assign a Work Team as Service Provider (as for Maintenance SLAs).

  15. Many times Maintenance Console users (like supervisors, FMers, CFs, providers/contractors, ...) are not able to identify the requestors just by their Employee ID. So it would be very helpful that Maintenance Console shows also requestor name (i.e. first and last names from related EM record).

  16. This is continuance of existing support ticket

    Atm, Archibus REST api only supported when the security is configured using Single sign on (SAML)

    Please test / support Archibus REST api, when Archibus authentication OR LDAP authentication is selected for the security ? This is currently giving an error "Authentication must be not null"

    I just thought that with more and more people using the REST api as part of the integration, we will encounter issues where customers who have no identity system that supports Single sign on at its front end.

  17. Improve the floor image panel refresh when loading a new floor in Space Console v2022.2 when a fllor plan is open and highlighted selecting a new BL FL the panel clears the load the previous floor (unhighlighted) before loading the new floor (only slightly annoying but would improve the user experience)

  18. While there is a suggestion to add resource reservations to workplace reservations we need the ability to request resources to any room reservations as many users are now using workplace as the exclusive interface for their customers and they need the ability to request resources for their room reservations without going to the calendar console.

  19. Add all room / employee fields to the default datasources in the space console; this will allow end-users to 'configure' the lists as they need to. Customers use more employee table fields than the 1/2 dozen or so available to turn on.

    This is especially critical for SaaS deployments
