Allow users to modify their own locale in Workplace

Since there is a separate login for WebCentral and Workplace, I have been recommending that users that require access to only Workplace to login from there. One item that has come up with a few organizations is how a user can change their language without going to WebCentral -> My Profile.

My suggestion is to add a Settings menu item to My Account at the upper right corner and allow users to set their Locale and maybe their User-Display Units-of-Measure.

Without this option, users would need to either contact an administrator or login to WebCentral and change it from My Profile. This can be confusing since they would not have seen the WebCentral interface before.

    Since most of the Workplace users will never use the Web Central and will only receive a link to open the Workplace or the service catalog to create requests, they need to be able to switch the language in case it differs from the default one.

    Since the user is able to change his/her locale from Web Central, it would be consistent to have this option available from Workplace as well.

    I would like to see this included in Workplace as well. Some roles use Workplace exclusively so directing them to WebCentral can be a bit confusing. Ideally this setting would also be configurable in the Workplace app.

    As I look through "My Profile" in WebCentral, a couple of other settings could potentially be beneficial to add to Workplace. Some organizations use Archibus authentication and I've had to direct their hoteling users to go to the WebCentral URL to get to "My Profile" which is of course a different interface for them and also not WCAG compliant. User-Display Units-of-Measure might also be a good candidate to add to Workplace.

    This is a good point. There's no way we can change the profile langage in the Workspace booking.

    From our side, we would like to avoid employees using the webcentral to make this changes.

    Having an option to change langage profile in workspace booking will definitaly be a must.
