  1. Having the ability to find others, whether in a hotel or assigned seat, is great, but can provide a liability with stalking behavior. Like many apps today, It would be good to have an opt in/out and also create a friend/colleague list where you could control who is able to see your location.
    This is especially true for Sr. Executives that can be a target from a disgruntled employee.

  2. When creating a recurring cost in the Costs Wizard - Leases, Building, and Properties, enable the Add Recurring Cost button to show without needing to use the location tree.

    At present the Add Recurring Cost button only appears if you search using the filters then navigate to the correct item in the location tree which is inefficient and unnecessary if you know sufficient detail about the item to which you want to add a Recurring Cost.

  3. We have received feedback from the users regarding the SEARCH functionality in the Hoteling (desk booking) application.

    The search requires to use the exact spelling. It creates difficulties for employees with special characters in name or surname (for example: Børis (Ö, ø …)).

    Our request is to enhance the search functionality to return all possible existing names (børis, Böris, boris) even if the user enters Boris in the search field.

  4. When an employee is a member of a team and they are offboarded, the team assignment in the the teams table is not updated. Ideally, there should be a connection between the em and teams table that when an employee is offboarded via a move, they are also removed from the team and an date_end is populated.

  5. Datatransfer - csv-import - The preliminary check of the csv import template might be optimized.

    It should check whether the data starts on line 2 or on line 3.
    OR
    It should indicate if there is no "#" comment on line 2.

    Reason:
    It is currently possible to remove the comment "# .... " from line 2 and to enter regular data records directly from this line 2, which are then also imported (if there are several records).

  6. BUG: When daily recurrence is used to do a search for only one day, the system seems to consider the following days also in the search. If I do a daily search for today, I also see employees who would have booked for the following days. For example, if Eric booked rm 3A for Tuesday, Jacob booked rm 3A for Wednesday and Caroline booked rm 3A for Thursday, when I try to book 3A for today, I can book but I am told that Eric is also in the rm, which is not the case.   7. When a room is set to Do Not Use, it is not available for future use as it was in the previous version. More details are required about how we should now be using the Room Status, how it now work and what is the difference between using Is Hotelable? vs changing the Room Status.

  8. Allow the end user to modify the document type, description, classification and document name on Lease documents via the Lease Portfolio Console. Currently you have to delete the document and re-add it to correct these fields.

  9. Ability to log in as another user to test a change in this user's configuration or try reproducing an issue only this user is seeing.
    With SSO enabled environments, this is not doable
    The system should keep track of this action for audit purposes

  10. In Maintenance Console, the Status field heading is not displayed because the default grouping is by Status. If you change the display to group by another field such as Building, then you must manually add the Status field heading under Select Fields to view the status in Maintenance Console. However, once you exit Maintenance Console, the Status field heading is reset to not display by default.  

    It would be nice if the Status field heading remained even after leaving Maintenance Console.

  11. As an administrator, in order to reduce the size of the database, I would like to offload activity log and data event log records to an AWS S3 bucket or Azure blob storage.
    This integration or connector can also be used in coordination with other services for example:
    As an administrator, in order to archive auditable 'login' events (et. al.) I want to store Archibus log files in AWS S3 or S3 compatible cloud storage.

  12. Revit uses an internal base unit system (see attached screenshot) and only converts the units in the UI for the Revit user, based on the projects/user's preferences.

    When mapping Revit parameters with units other than for area and length to ARCHIBUS, the base units are not converted to the ARCHIBUS user's preferences.

    For now ARCHIBUS has only set up conversion rules for area and length values, but not for values destined for temperature, volume, or any other field type.

  13. In version 2022.02 you can enter information into the quick search and a drop down list of floors that meet your criteria displays. You select the floor and the floorplan automatically loads on the right panel. This is a quick and easy way to search for and display 1 floor at a time.

    In version 2022.04 the quick search gives you a room list result and you must check the box next to the floor you want.

    This change has eliminated the user friendly quick search if the end user easily wants to search for just 1 floor.

  16. There should be an ability to report on user activity and access in system administrator. Currently the only way administrators do this is to go to the back end to get the log files.

    Unfortunately the report called "Users logged into Archibus" on webcentral is more for a point in time but also doesn't not quite show activity.

    The report I am referring to is a way to see at at a summary, ie. today 150 users logged in, most used activities are Space Management, Maintenance, Asset Management, Hoteling for example.

  17. Our SaaS Customer that uses Portfolio Management and has hundreds of properties all around the country, would like to have the following standard functionality as in Archibus Cloud:

    1- The ability to place Properties polylines in a map and show them in an Archibus view (this would be similar to existing view "Asset explorer in campus", which shows Building polylines instead, please refer to attached image).

  18. The addition of Maintenance Checklists was great, but the ability to refer back to the history of completed checklists, print, or search for them in the Maintenance Console is very limited or non-existent.
    1. The ability to search for work that "Has Checklist" from the Maintenance Console
    2. The ability to save a completed checklist in PDF.

    3. Enhance the existing Maintenance Survey Report to group, sort, export and allow printing

  19. Archibus Users with our XXXX-RP-PU Archibus role can't assign employees to available rooms in the Space Console. Is it only because they don’t have this security group: Space-console-all-access security group, or it has something to do with the fact that we have a customization for these users for the Space Console. What would be the options to have those users to be able to perform this task from the Space Console?

  20. One of our customer (on premise) is using Ping Certificate to handle SSO connexions.
    While WebCentral works perfectly, SmartClient does not allow connexion.

    After a deep enquiry with Archibus support, we ended up discovering that Ping Certificate's response consist in a multi-dimensional cookie, not supported by SmartClient.

    The demand is to improve SmartClient to also support multi-dimensional cookies (best guess : contact the Ping editor).
