  1. Currently Supervisors are able to Close work requests with pending satisfaction survey. Some managements require this to be completed before closing and being able to track their ratings for customer service improvement.

  2. In both mobile and desktop application, Once a checklist has been completed the ability to generate this checklist into a PDF and sent (email) it to a recipients (who may be not archibus users).

    Scenario we are providing a service on an asset or location and the Work request has a Checklist involved. Once completed we need to supply documented evidence of the works completed and a copy of the service checks.   3. BIRT reporting is very important for many of our users. Withdrawing support for BIRT would create a serious problem for them, and would be perceived by clients as a breach of trust. Tech support reports that support will continue only if the BP community expresses interest.

    Other clients have also expressed interest in starting to use BIRT reports, and it is a tool that is useful for us to fulfill functional requirements (e.g., providing a presentable Lease Invoice, not the embarrassingly poor one that uses Archibus native reporting.)

  5. Within the Portfolio Edit Wizard, restrict the options for what a user can put in a location field based on what higher level location fields they've already completed. So for example, if I put Hawaii as the State Code, I shouldn't then be able to input an address in Address 1, Postal Code or Property Code for a location in Ohio.

  6. One way of telling if there is an enumeration list for a field is that an ellipsis displays when you mouse over it. For example in the Add New Building screen. Sometimes there's a delay between when you mouse over and when it displays. Could the ellipsis be displayed all the time rather than only when you mouse over it?

    Also, if you tab across fields, please display the ellipsis to tell you there's an enumeration list and change it so I can hit enter or something to bring up the options in the enumeration list.

  7. Improve the order in which you tab through the fields in the Add New Building screen by either redesigning the layout or changing what field tab moves you to. At present if I tab through the fields I don't do all of the location-related fields consecutively. For example I go from Building Name > Region Code > Date Book Value Assessed > Building Photo > State Code.

    So in that example there two fields unrelated to location in between the location-related fields.

  8. When moving through the platform, it's inconsistent how you select a particular item. For example in the Edit Existing Building screen it's a tick box to select a building then mouse up to the select icon (which doesn't look like a button). But in the Lease Portfolio Console there's no tick box for the building you want to select, and no select icon to then click. Instead you just click on one of the fields for the item you want to select.

    The most important thing is to make it consistent. My preference would be to be able to just…

  9. We have instances where an employee works across multiple campus' or buildings and therefore requires a desk in both locations. It would be great if the ARCHIBUS Workspace Transaction feature was available in the SaaS version to allow for an employee to be allocated to multiple desks / locations.

  11. Provide a report that shows the total number of workspace bookings (confirmed and unconfirmed) and then the breakdown of number of confirmed vs. unconfirmed bookings for a user-specified date range.

  12. Performance Metrics on the homepage for percentages do not show decimals. This is due to the number only allowing 2 decimal places. Extra precision is needed for decimals for percentage metrics.

    Please change the display and decimal places of the performance metrics as the precision is important for many of the metrics.

  13. In current versions, when you configure a Service Desk SLA, you can only send the request to an Internal Service Provider and/or an External Service Provider. This means that the request can be assigned to as much as 2 different users. It would be very useful to be able to assign a Work Team as Service Provider (as for Maintenance SLAs).

  14. The maintenance teams often use other applications for their services (access requests for Security, break requests for Catering, access to standards for Documentation, etc.)
    It would be very practical to be able to integrate the web addresses of these dedicated sites in the form of hyperlinks, in the body of the blue text that appears when a request is created (see photo below). The purpose being to immediately redirect the user according to his need.

  16. When performing a search in Workplace, we would like to see exact match results be displayed first. When there is a lengthy list of results (not all displayed), it is important for our users to see the exact match first, otherwise they cannot find the location they are looking for.

  20. In foundations you can add and employee in Define Employee and it has auto fill. But you can't add the Employee Standard. You can add it to Reservations Define Employee but that does not have auto fill or any required fields so it is easier to make a mistake
