Portfolio view should always display metrics of employees, seats etc WITHOUT having to clicking city, Building arrows. What is a point of a Portfolio dashboard if you can't see it in one glance?

Lock in filtering options for downloading floor map per user.
If you download a floormap and choose certain filters those should stay if you go to another floorplan and download. Either per user or per session.

Employee Adding, Editing, Deleting without Importing
In addition to this suggestion, "As an admin, we need the ability to edit specific employee name, department, title, reporting to, etc. WITHOUT having to import full csv file every time," we also need to be able to add/delete employees regardless of whether they were added manually or imported.
Having the option to add/delete/edit in the UI makes it more user-friendly, as it would just be a quick-click-feature like how it is for adding Employees (but by deleting and editing fields, of course). If we can add employees manually, there should be some code mapping that can delete it from…

Space Code History
When searching the space code you should be able to see the history of who has been seated in that space, similar to the employee move history. Or it should be an added feature to be able to search the space code within the employee move history category.

Ability to Enter Operating Expenses separately from Base Rent
Our team is leaning more on Space IQ for Leasing Details and Reporting over time (and is the original reason we selected Space IQ). We need the ability to enter an annual estimated OpEx cost, at minimum, so our costs are separated from Base Rent. Ideally, we would have more than one OpEx category (ie Taxes, Insurance, Parking, Management Fees). Thanks.

Notification of System Wide Issue
Space IQ currently is not usable on the mobile apps, and desks cannot be booked. The implementation (or other, as definted) contact needs to receive a message from Space IQ when a big system-wide issue happens, so that we can proactively message our company, instead of various team members being hit with messages from various locations and people regarding the issue. Show who has checked in each day on the map view so everyone can view this.
Currently only Admins can access reports to show who has checked in on a specific day or range of days. It would be very helpful to have the ability to view in the map view who has checked in for the day. So, if a co-worker wants to say Hi to another co-worker, or have a conversation with them, they can just check the map instead of wasting time walking over to their desk.

Restrict certain icons by user type
We can put a variety of icons on the map but I do not want all of them shown to all people (e.g. badge reader locations). Can we show certain icons only to certain user types?

Booking cancellation with notification
As a user when I have a booking on space and that space is changed from hoteling to another usage type I would like to be notified that my booking has been canceled so I can make other arrangements.
