Desks can be blocked from booking on specific dates or booking capacity can be limited based on specific dates
Blocking some amount of desks from booking on specific dates or limiting booking capacity on specific dates might be very helpful and save a lot of admin's time - now the desks can be blocked only day by day.

Visibility of who booked a hoteling desk.

Awesome solution!
Perhaps the tables that are booked can have visibility of who booked it and times they were booked.
Right now, there seems to be a bug where tables appear booked but the are free after you click over and over again.

Conference room
I have 2 problems with how conference room bookings work. 1) I have assistants booking conference rooms for multiple managers. They are not able to see the bookings once complete. Is there a way to see conference bookings for everyone if your an admin in the Bookings Tab? 2) If someone books a conference room from Outlook, the time gets blocked out, they receive an email notification, but they don't see it in their individual Bookings in SIQ. Ty

Be able to create separate time schedule for different hotel stations
Be able to create separate time schedule for different hotel stations in different areas of the company. We have MFG personnel that start at 0600, but other office employees that start at 0900. If we set to book for all day only, the office personnel get cancelled by 0800 if they do not check in.

clickable URL for users
clickable URL for users -Is there a way to place an icon on the floorplan that is a clickable link under our control? I see certain objects have additional properties (like my screencap below, ‘Contact’, ‘Space Code’, etc. on the user assignment).
Just wondered if there was an object/attribute that let us put in a clickable URL the user would see.

Colour change for booked desks
Change or allow the change in colour for booked desks. Current green with grey outline for booked desks vs green for available desks makes it difficult to differentiate or separate between the two. Having a different colour than green for booked desks will assist in finding an available desk.

Add custom icons
Sometimes we have a need to add our own unique item to a floor plan, it would be great if we could be allowed to add custom icons to the list of existing icons.

Allow check-in via SMS link.
Instead of an email with the Check-in link, allow users to put in a mobile phone#. Send the 'It's Time To Check In' message via SMS with a link the user can use to check in that way. This way users won't have to go all the way into email their mobile devices (which requires multiple authentication steps) if they're running late and need to check in (something that actually happened to my boss this morning when he was delayed at a doctor's visit).

Allow users with the role "Viewer" to be able to update their own "Notes" field.
Allow users with the role "Viewer" to be able to update their own "Notes" field. This would allow for users to have a custom status associated with themselves on the floor map. They could enter things like, "On lunch", "Working from home today", or anything really. But only for themselves, not other users. Would allow for more user engagement within SpaceIQ. Right now if someone wants to put a custom note associated with themselves, they need to ask and admin to do it for them.

Match Hoteling Color Codes to Permanent Team Colors
Different teams are color coded and it's easy to quickly find those with permanent desks. Though, when trying to find those hoteling for the day, they don't show up on the same map and with the team colors. By not having this feature, it makes the tool unhelpful to quickly find people of the same team.

Please add a space type called "All Gender Restroom"
Please add a spce type "All Gendser Restroom" With the creartion of a new EDI VP he is insisting that we reflect the fact that we have All Gender restooms in our buildings with that info in SpaceIQ. Thanks, rick

Unique User Group (Custom Admin profile) created
After reviewing the various roles available, we realised that ideally one of our User Groups would need a mixture of Location Admin and Dept Admin roles,
• User wouldn't need to view the Portfolio or Dashboard (Dept Admin doesn't have access to view the Portfolio etc)
• Don't want User to be Edit Space, Allocate Space or Edit the Floor Map (Location Admin allows this, but Dept Admin doesn't)
• Would like them to Create Move Plans (Location Admin can; Dept Admin can't)Is there an option to creating a unique user role / permission for our needs?

Can the phone app show the department locations
I would like employees to book seats wherever they would like but also see where their department is houses. Currently the phone app does not display the departments. Color coded the department areas would help.

Date range to pull historic occupancy on Sites Occupancy Report
I’d like to be able to pull a historic overview of occupancy changes. It would be nice to have a date range to choose from on the Sites Occupancy Report. My reason for wanting to be able to look back in history is that we have been making changes to our space (doubling up offices, making workstations shared, etc.) that is increasing our overall seat count. Historically, it would be valuable for us to be able to show that we continue to increase density - which, in turn is a cost saving to the company as it is delaying our…

Ability for both web viewer or app to see assignments or booked desks.
We have hybrid/flexible options where some employees will book desks and some have assigned desk. It would be nice in both the web viewer and app that all employees could see who is at assigned desks and who has booked desks.

Ability to download and filter any area under "Manage"
Only certain areas in the "manage" section allow you to filter and download information to a CSV. Reporting does not provide space details. The ability to download the items you need and filter would be very helpful.
