  1. In the hotel desk booking report, it would be helpful to filter by the frequency, 2x/week, 3x/week etc. in which employees are coming into the office over a time period.
    This would help give a better view of which employees are in the office more frequently and need an assigned seat.
    This data will also be valuable in determining what to expect with "hybrid" employees.

  2. Updates to the report:
    -add a date filter to the Hotel Desk report like it is in the Hotel Booking Report?

    -show percentages of total desks each department is using(allocated/total)

    -show percentages of desks used with in departments. (# use in department/total allocated to department) ie. Sales is using 10 of 20 desks

  3. More granular reporting capabilities...

    Email from customer below:

    I need to be able to pull reports that show for example:

    Site Offices Offices occupied offices unoccupied % usage

    Same for cubicles/shared offices/lockers/

    I would also need to be able to know which spaces are full 6 ft cubicles, which are 5 foot work stations, or 4 ft work stations if that is something we can benchmark out.

    Does that make sense?

    I would like to be able to expand that to the entire network, pull the data for a single site, or even by floor.

  4. It would be valuable to have a report available to show asset information, including a listing of where assets are located (filterable by office/floor/asset type).

    Without a report that we can export, share, or print it's difficult to see where all our standing desks are, or ergo chairs, etc.

  6. The ability to pull a floorplan that has booked stations for that day/week marked so the cleaning crew can target their cleaning efforts to used stations daily.

  9. The availability of filtering categories under reports is very limited and does not allow you to select the fields. I would like to suggest combined reporting so you filter for all criteria available such as how you filter when you online shop.

  13. The ability to export the graphs in the reports. Specifically the Hotel Desk report and the Bookings by Department.
    As the facilities team is meeting with leadership on the future of the office, being able to share the bar graphs would be very helpful in conveying the information.

  17. Allow Department Admins to run reports, even if this was reduced to the Agile workplace reports this would be great. At present, Location Admins have too much power on the system. A company with a number of department managers this feature would be a massive help.
