Custom Admin Roles
As an admin I would like to be able to select by checkbox list the privileges that an admin under me can have. This would allow the granting of access to location or department admins the ability to place spaces on a floor map or limit power admins to 1 or more locations.

Setting page/ Desk Booking Settings/Health Screening section/ Add "1 hr" value in the 'Employee Notifications' time selector
Please add "1 hr" value in the drop-down under the 'Employee Notifications' header on the Health Screening section on the Settings page.
As for now, we have a possibility to choose a minimum 2hr before booking time when the health check becomes available and notification is sent.
Our employees often use a “Multi booking” feature or just “All day” feature, and according to set business hours (8am-11:45 pm), the first notification comes at 6am, which is a bit inconvenient for them. We cannot change the business hours (because there are employees who need it).

Either multiple departments to a single hotel desk, or be able to add departments to workplace groups instead of just single users.

Booking Manager - Edit or Cancel Booking
With the booking manager role, although they can cancel a booking for the person they booked on behalf of it would be great to have a simple way to edit bookings. Currently only the person the desk was booked for can edit the booking.

Admin level granting
The ability to grant location admin access by region. Ie: John smith is location admin for an entire region. Rather than having to select all floors, one-by-one, and have to keep track when new buildings/floors are added, you can just do it by region. This is especially helpful for companies with 100's of buildings and floors.

Admins Log In As Another User
As a power user and manager of all the SIQ configurations, I often need to test out a change to ensure it's working as expected such as a desk restriction and don't always want to interrupt someone else's work to test out my change. Another use case is when I'm creating any training/documentation and need screenshots for a non-admin user.
As a functionality I have with other systems I admin, I am proposing that SiQ consider a functionality that allows us to "log in as" or mimic a user to test out configuration changes so we can better see what…

Creation of Reporting-Only User Level
Our office managers would like to be able to run hotel booking reports to help them plan their scheduling by seeing who is in the office each day. Currently they would need the location admin permission to do that, but that allows them to make changes to the floor plan and other things we'd like to keep in the corporate dept. for now. Would be very useful if there were a user id that could just run reports relative only to their offices, specifically hotel desk booking.

Space Code History
When searching the space code you should be able to see the history of who has been seated in that space, similar to the employee move history. Or it should be an added feature to be able to search the space code within the employee move history category.

Notification of System Wide Issue
Space IQ currently is not usable on the mobile apps, and desks cannot be booked. The implementation (or other, as definted) contact needs to receive a message from Space IQ when a big system-wide issue happens, so that we can proactively message our company, instead of various team members being hit with messages from various locations and people regarding the issue. The ability to extract building types from SiQ
If trying to bulk import 100 buildings to my portfolio, there should be a column in the building import template that will allow you to add a building type, as it does when you're manually adding a single building. Also, having the ability to extract Building Types to a csv would be useful as FM's try and manage multiple buildings. Currently, you only have the ability to view Building Types within the SiQ platform.
