  2. People's profile pictures should be available in the web application, not just mobile app. And should be able to be uploaded automatically like other information. Outlook/Teams displays our company pictures so it should be able to pull through easily?

    Some of your competitors products have this ability.

  3. It would be great for an employee/viewer to see the org chart. When they click on an employee to see who this person reports up through or who reports to them.

    As a space planner or facility manager it would be helpful to have this data to determine space allocation, authority level, how to potentially organize the space around a supervisor etc.

Given the fires that were (and some still are) raging in the PNW, and every companies' need to address DR (Disaster Recovery) and BC (Business Continuity) planning, there is a need for crisis/emergency messaging for many companies. Given SiQ's integration points, web, and mobile apps, it provides a unique opportunity for product dev. Being integrated with Active Directory, for example, could allow SiQ to build emergency messaging from the employer to staff, and for staff to mark themselves as safe/unsafe, request assistance, notify managers, etc. There are companies that building VERY robust solutions, that cost and include more than most…

  6. Often employees go by a different name compared to their legal (HR) name. Allowing the search by preferred name will go a long way in locating people. Not everyone knows someone's legal name or their e-mail address.

  7. A live view on the dashboard of the number of staff onsite (by location) to include allocated desks, hot desks & Hoteling.

  8. The ability to categorize an employee as "flex" or "hybrid" in relation to how frequently they will be coming into the office. This would allow admins to better account for and plan how they expect the space to be used.
    If this could show on the portfolio, the number of full time and hybrid employees per location.
    This would function similarly to the Remote toggle as it may be difficult for this information to be added to HR systems. It could be self selected or at least available for department level admins and up to enable for their employees.

  9. Currently the default for a desk booking is 15 minutes unless you change it. Numerous users forget this and end up booking the incorrect period. Can the option be changeable or not set as a default requiring the employee to have to select the time with a warning if they dont?

  13. It would be helpful to be able to show the remote workers on the World Map view (Admin View Only). During the Demo we thought that this was available and was a big selling point to our office management team. They requests that this be reviewed as an added feature.

  19. Currently, the only possible way to assign employees to the “Primary Seat” and "Secondary Seat" usage types (‘Space Type’- “Work Space”) is manual.
    It's essential to have this process automated, in a full way or partially (methods via CSV file, SFTP, API, automated).

  20. Health Screenings for seated Employees would be very helpful as well. This seems to only be available for employees booking desks. Should our company choose to have each employee do a health screening prior to coming in each day, this would would greatly help everyone facilitate this.
