Have the ability to chose how total seats are calculated. This should be a flexible field where we can pick and chose what space types are considered our total seats ie capacity per floor. Currently, we only count workstation type pins as the capacity and total assignable seats.

Comprehensive Portfolio View
Given that more and more locations will not seat 1:1 primary seat. Metrics displayed on Portfolio must reflect numbers from all use types.
For e.g those seated 1:1 - Display Total Seats - Total Employees - Total HR employees in that location.
For those seated in neighborhood, displace total seats - total employees in n'hood and HR count of employees in that building
For those deploying all seats as Hoteling, display total seats, and daily(months data) average checked-in count and HR employee count for that location.

Customize Region Names
The ability to customize the names of regions within the portfolio. Still based on location but more specific than AMER, EMEA or APAC. For example, US, Canada, UK etc.

Portfolio view
Portfolio view should always display metrics of employees, seats etc WITHOUT having to clicking city, Building arrows. What is a point of a Portfolio dashboard if you can't see it in one glance?

Portfolio set up
Under Location on the Portfolio section, I would like to suggest the ability to include multiple buildings under a city as currently you can only show 1city with all floors from across every building displayed. It would also be an enhanced feature to show Locations under floors. The display would be easier to navigate if the setup allowed you to show City/Building/Floors/Locations

The portfolio folder sorts by Region and then City, should also be able to customize this to sort by state.

Occupancy Reporting Enhancement
Currently occupancy shown in the portfolio tab includes all the hoteling desks as part of a particular floor plan. It would be nice to get a clearer and defined number to show the workstations occupied without the hoteling desks. For example, an office has 100 workstations and out of this number, 25 workstations are assigned to an employee and the remainder are 75 hoteling desks. The occupancy would show occupancy at 100%, however this is not a true number as it includes hoteling desks.

Assigning a capacity to different types of workspaces.
I would like to add capacities to different types of seating within the office, not just desks. I would also like to have the capacities count at different rates based on the type of seating. For example: Desk = 1 seat, Phone Room = .5 seat, Pantry seating = .25. The idea is to track overall capacity on the floor to all types of seating available, not just desks. As we move forward with completely flexible seating, we need to provide employees with alternative options, and we need to be able to track and report on these options.

North and South America and Africa distinguished in portfolio
Each continent should be separated out. At current APAC, AMER, EMEA are the geo locations. Continents such as North and South America, and Africa are not included or separated within the portfolio section.
