Our team is leaning more on Space IQ for Leasing Details and Reporting over time (and is the original reason we selected Space IQ). We need the ability to enter an annual estimated OpEx cost, at minimum, so our costs are separated from Base Rent. Ideally, we would have more than one OpEx category (ie Taxes, Insurance, Parking, Management Fees). Thanks.
