health screening
Need daily health screening for all employees, not just those reserving desks that's part of check-in. Employees who come in for meetings need a health-check, and so do those who will be remote on some days.

Add notes or assets to multiple seats
It would save SO much time if we could multi-select seats on a floorplan and add assets or a desk note all at once rather than one seat at a time.

When an employee books a hotel desk via the mobile/web app, can they have that booking tie in with their outlook/gmail calendar?

Desk availability by day
Allow to select a day and then view all available/unavailable desks for that day via the floor map - rather than having to click into each desk and selecting a date to understand availability of just that one desk.

Org Chart
It would be great for an employee/viewer to see the org chart. When they click on an employee to see who this person reports up through or who reports to them.
As a space planner or facility manager it would be helpful to have this data to determine space allocation, authority level, how to potentially organize the space around a supervisor etc.

View employee names on booked hotel desks
We are getting many requests from our employees to be able to view employee names on the floormap of reserved hotel desks. Currently you have to either search on an employee in the search bar to click to see their bookings, or click on a gray hotel dot to view a pop-up of who reserved the desk.
Modifying this behavior to display the employee name on the map would improve user experience and remove booking friction exponentially so that employees can quickly pick a hotel desk closest to the teammates they want.

Allow Viewers to see neighborhood outlines and employees assigned
Currently Viewers cannot see the outline of a neighborhood on the map. Would be great if Viewers can search for employee, and if they are in a neighborhood they can click on the neighborhood in the search bar. This then takes them to the floor displays the outline of the neighborhood and the list of names associated to the neighborhood. Similar experience for searching for employees assigned to a seat

separate settings for each location
It would be great to be able to create different settings for each location / building. for example, one location requires Check-inn, the other does not

Ability to add new Floorplan in Future scenario to show change in layout for future planning
Need the ability to create a new floorplan that shows more seats or less seats in the future scenario date planner. The ability to add the "Dots" is great but also need to be able to reflect the actual floorplan layout that will be changing as well.

I need to be able to pull reports that show for example:
Site Offices Offices occupied offices unoccupied % usage
Same for cubicles/shared offices/lockers/
I would also need to be able to know which spaces are full 6 ft cubicles, which are 5 foot work stations, or 4 ft work stations if that is something we can benchmark out.
Does that make sense?
I would like to be able to expand that to the entire network, pull the data for a single site, or even by floor.

Pins need to be able to be searched for and attache Notes to for information

Need to be able to set a home office
Individual users should be able to set a default office and level that will appear when looking to make a booking.
It is a pain to have to browse to the correct office and level each time I log in.

Emergency Messaging
Given the fires that were (and some still are) raging in the PNW, and every companies' need to address DR (Disaster Recovery) and BC (Business Continuity) planning, there is a need for crisis/emergency messaging for many companies. Given SiQ's integration points, web, and mobile apps, it provides a unique opportunity for product dev. Being integrated with Active Directory, for example, could allow SiQ to build emergency messaging from the employer to staff, and for staff to mark themselves as safe/unsafe, request assistance, notify managers, etc. There are companies that building VERY robust solutions, that cost and include more than most…

Asset Reporting
It would be valuable to have a report available to show asset information, including a listing of where assets are located (filterable by office/floor/asset type).
Without a report that we can export, share, or print it's difficult to see where all our standing desks are, or ergo chairs, etc.

A huge request is for the admins to be able to check employees in if the party is having an issue checking themselves in.
There needs to be option to check in on the behalf of employee's when they can not check in for themselves.

SpaceIQ App Wayfinding
We would like to see more features added to the SpaceIQ app. Since we are using neighborhoods instead of assigned seating, our staff needs to be able to locate where to find specific areas where teams might be sitting. As of right now we cannot look up particular floor maps to determine where certain areas are. We would like our staff to be able to use their phones rather than have to search on their laptops for a better experience.
