  3. In the corona era organizations are not expanding to new buildings and asking employees to share the same workstation.
    having said that
    when sharing or what are the office days of employees remains in emails or verbal.

    The Ability of adding an employee to a shared seat and selecting the days - will give manager a powerful tool for planning better and a wonderful way to engage the application more and to more population in the organization.

  4. Show the meeting room location as a secondary header when using the search function.
    Currently it lists the meeting room name and shows Meeting Room below which requires employees to select the meeting room prior to seeing where it's located.

  6. Being able to bookmark one or two offices within an organisation with multiple locations so you don't have to scroll endlessly to look for the correct place to then reserve against.

  7. When a desk booking mode is active, it removes(hides) seats from all floor plans in the entire portfolio. Please either make the desk booking button larger with an instruction or have desk booking mode become deselect once you exit the floor to go to another building/floor.

If the employee is ready and willing to uplift(promotion)themselves after they learned quick they need to get promoted rather than waiting for 1-2 years no body knows he/she can be in whole different level with in that period of time if he/she got proper training suggestions ,idea and motivation.

  9. On the projections graph, it shows the end of q1 data when hovering over the q2 pin. this should be q2 data, etc for each quarter you are hovering.

  10. When importing employees into seats, seat/building code should not be case sensitive. This will help creating more reliable data.

  13. We will have a weekly SFTP job that will import/remove any new/old users who will be working for the company. Is there any way for the growth projections to be automatically updated per region when this data is uploaded?

  14. Each continent should be separated out. At current APAC, AMER, EMEA are the geo locations. Continents such as North and South America, and Africa are not included or separated within the portfolio section.
