Need daily health screening for all employees, not just those reserving desks that's part of check-in. Employees who come in for meetings need a health-check, and so do those who will be remote on some days.

A huge request is for the admins to be able to check employees in if the party is having an issue checking themselves in.
There needs to be option to check in on the behalf of employee's when they can not check in for themselves.

Book Hoteling Desk from Slack or Teams
The ability for employees to search for hotel desks through Slack or Teams. Similar to how we can search for employees in slack where the command brings up a link that directs us to the SiQ map.

Rename option for hoteling spaces
Feedback from many employees across our org, including the Senior Leadership Team, find the term "hoteling" uninviting. It makes people feel less-valued because they have to use a temporary space. (hotels are short term uncomfortable, inconvenient, not 'home', etc.)
It would be great if we had the ability to rename hoteling stations (and hot desks) with our company's lingo. Or, the ability to make custom space types reservable (I believe currently they are seatable) would also work.

hoteling configurations by site
Rather than have the hoteling settings configured for the entire portfolio, can we have custom settings by location?
For example, an office in Denver may have different covid restrictions than NYC and I want the times that are available to be different for each of those.

Hiding Some Assets from Hotel Desk Booking Search
I love the new functionality of users being able to search for a hotel desk with certain assets. However, there are some assets that they shouldn't be searching on, such as conference room assets (TV, VC, etc).
Can a "Hide Asset" option be made available to hide particular assets from being searchable by users?
This would allow Facilities team to continue tracking assets they are concerned with, but also only allowing relevant assets in relation to hotel desks to be viewable by our other employees.

Allow employees to book parking spaces as they would a hotel desk
When an employee books a hotel desk in either the web or mobile app they will then be asked if they will need a parking space booked as well.
Parking spaces would be hotel desks assigned in parking lots.

Badge Integration for Hotel Desk Bookings
All employee badges will be turned off so they will not be able to enter the building. When an employee makes a desk reservation, their badge will be activated for the duration of their booking. Once the booking has been completed, the badge will be turned off again.

Limit how many days per week an employee can book desk
Many people would like the ablility to limit their employees on how many days a week they can book. Typically limiting them to 2-3 days per week and once this threshold is met, they would no longer be able to book a desk until the next week.

Ability to book a specific desk on the phone app similar to booking a specific desk on the computer.
Ability to locate a person in App once they check in similar to the view available in desk top

Allow multiple non-sequential all-day bookings
Currently you can select an all-day booking for one day or multiple days provided they occur sequentially. It's not possible to e.g. make an all-day booking for Tuesday and Thursday (other than making two separate all-day bookings).
