Since the lease/portfolio sections of SpaceIQ show total costs and operating costs, it would be great if we were able to program in rent-free months and known rent increase amounts - some leases have a rent table that clearly defines rent per SQFT on a schedule, so instead of having to remind myself to go into SIQ and update figures, it would be better from an administration and realistic figure standpoint to be able to put this into a table (similar to the projectiojns screen) where we could have the option to put in monthly rental & operating costs by…

  6. Currently the main Lease page displays figures as $ even when another currency is selected - example attached.

    This is very confusing. If it isn't possible to insert the correct currency symbol, is it possible to at least delete the $ symbol when another currency is selected?

    I have already raised a ticket for this (#7316 Manage Leases) but was advised to Suggest A Feature

  7. Our team is leaning more on Space IQ for Leasing Details and Reporting over time (and is the original reason we selected Space IQ). We need the ability to enter an annual estimated OpEx cost, at minimum, so our costs are separated from Base Rent. Ideally, we would have more than one OpEx category (ie Taxes, Insurance, Parking, Management Fees). Thanks.

  11. It would be great to be able to add additional fields or edit the existing fields under the "Additional Information" section on the Lease form to capture more Lease related information.

  12. Need a way to enter annual rent cost increases. For example, we have a 10+ year lease where there minor increases for the rent each year. It would also be great to capture the operating expenses from the Lease page.
