  1. Ability to create a custom usage type. I have employees coming to the office going directly to meeting rooms and have no need to book a desk. But I need them to be able to book some kind of space in order to complete the Health Check. I'd rather they not book Hotel Desks when they're going to be sitting in meeting rooms all day. This will also be a good feature for people who are coming in for Social Events.

  2. As I understand it, currently the only way to update a users Space IQ role is manually. I would like to suggest that it be set up that this could be done automatically (through Active Directory). For example, if we would want our front-line employees to only have the View role in Space IQ but our managers to be Department Admins, if there was a way that Space IQ could accept this information through an Active Directory sync that would be helpful. If Active Directory is not an option, then perhaps another way to attack this would be to allow…

  3. Having a way as we return employees back to the building to be able to schedule them to return at specific times. This way they can get new badges or have IT help them with their equipment while having an easy way to find their new seat in the building.

  4. There are employees that work outside of the standard 0800 to 1700 schedule that is currently available for booking. It would be beneficial to open the entire 24 hour schedule for booking a hoteling desk so that those arriving earlier or later in the day can be assured of a desk available when they need it. This will also help to mitigate any potential conflicts regarding available space outside of the standard scheduling window noted above.

  5. Add maintenance to the desktop so that work orders can be entered without having to use the app. I have employees that don't want to add the app on their personal phone.

  11. A feature to be able to reserve equipment/items/assets not associated to a space. Our organization would find it very useful to be able to reserve shared demo equipment.
    Our current work around is to treat them like hotel spaces, but this skews our reporting numbers.

  13. Would love to see an option to filter by date range and specific name when searching and only have that one result come up. Currently, you don't have this function so when auditing, the only way to do this is to download first, go to excel, and filter by name. It would be nice if all of these were available tools/actions on your platform on demand.

  14. As an admin I would like to have the extra step of having my building's address verified when adding the address so other issues don't arise if I have accidentally perpetuated an error in the address.

  15. When choosing booking date from calendar for some reason Sunday comes in first column as first day of the week. My Windows OS and Outlook have Monday setup as first.

    Please consider fixing this peculiar setting, as i booked Sunday desk twice until i realized what's going on

  16. Can SiQ be used to keep track of IT data information? For example: each cubicle has a data jack associated with it. Can the data jack details be added as an attribute to the cubicle in SiQ? Same with other data jack locations in conference room tables or walls, etc. Also can we add WiFi access point details to SiQ? And other IT related items in buildings? Would be nice if we can import the information via a spreadsheet into SiQ.

  18. Automatically notify certain users (like Office manager) if someone books a desk in a certain location or building. Now there are only notifications to the email of the person who booked a seat in the office.

  20. Feedback from many employees across our org, including the Senior Leadership Team, find the term "hoteling" uninviting. It makes people feel less-valued because they have to use a temporary space. (hotels are short term uncomfortable, inconvenient, not 'home', etc.)

    It would be great if we had the ability to rename hoteling stations (and hot desks) with our company's lingo. Or, the ability to make custom space types reservable (I believe currently they are seatable) would also work.
