Unique User Group (Custom Admin profile) created
After reviewing the various roles available, we realised that ideally one of our User Groups would need a mixture of Location Admin and Dept Admin roles,
• User wouldn't need to view the Portfolio or Dashboard (Dept Admin doesn't have access to view the Portfolio etc)
• Don't want User to be Edit Space, Allocate Space or Edit the Floor Map (Location Admin allows this, but Dept Admin doesn't)
• Would like them to Create Move Plans (Location Admin can; Dept Admin can't)Is there an option to creating a unique user role / permission for our needs?

Can the phone app show the department locations
I would like employees to book seats wherever they would like but also see where their department is houses. Currently the phone app does not display the departments. Color coded the department areas would help.

Date range to pull historic occupancy on Sites Occupancy Report
I’d like to be able to pull a historic overview of occupancy changes. It would be nice to have a date range to choose from on the Sites Occupancy Report. My reason for wanting to be able to look back in history is that we have been making changes to our space (doubling up offices, making workstations shared, etc.) that is increasing our overall seat count. Historically, it would be valuable for us to be able to show that we continue to increase density - which, in turn is a cost saving to the company as it is delaying our…

ad-hoc desk reservation
I would like to be able to do same day, ad-hoc desk reservation, either using an app in my phone or using the iPad in the office.
Step by step:
1. Show up in the office
2. Enter my login information
3. Select a desk

Ability for both web viewer or app to see assignments or booked desks.
We have hybrid/flexible options where some employees will book desks and some have assigned desk. It would be nice in both the web viewer and app that all employees could see who is at assigned desks and who has booked desks.

Ability to download and filter any area under "Manage"
Only certain areas in the "manage" section allow you to filter and download information to a CSV. Reporting does not provide space details. The ability to download the items you need and filter would be very helpful.

Booking person name need show on booked desk
The small screen on the desk needs to show Employees' names and timing.

For those employees with assigned seats, there should be a space where their manager or someone else can designate their schedule if they are hybrid. We have desks where they have two people assigned to it, we should be able to identify the days each person is coming into the office. And also for those desks, assigned to a single person, their schedule could be listed so their desk could be assigned out on non-scheduled days.

Would like enable booking on behalf of others when using Neighborhoods. This can either be done as a "delegate" role or "space captain or admin". We have many floor admins or executive assistance that would like to book on behalf of others.

Kiosk Check In
Allow staff to check in via a Kiosk screen. Not all staff can access a computer and do not wish to download work related apps to their personal phones

Department Admin Reporting
Allow Department Admins to run reports, even if this was reduced to the Agile workplace reports this would be great. At present, Location Admins have too much power on the system. A company with a number of department managers this feature would be a massive help.

Company Directory from Web & App
Having the ability to utilize SiQ as a company directory would increase the benefits of your service. Currently you have to manually search by letter for an employee to pull up. There should be a way to search for all employees on the app and website. A true employee directory would be great for viewer access all the way to Admin.

IT roles to have reporting access
Our IT would need access to pulling reports to see who is on site etc certain days. Is there a way for this to be added under the IT role rather than making them a location admin etc
