As I understand it, currently the only way to update a users Space IQ role is manually. I would like to suggest that it be set up that this could be done automatically (through Active Directory). For example, if we would want our front-line employees to only have the View role in Space IQ but our managers to be Department Admins, if there was a way that Space IQ could accept this information through an Active Directory sync that would be helpful. If Active Directory is not an option, then perhaps another way to attack this would be to allow for updating a user role through the import file process in the Manage Users screen. Thank you.
