  2. Currently when using SSO with Engage it has the feature of auto-provisioning users. It would be very beneficial to have the ability to turn off or on.

    Having this is critical for the client " The New School ".

  3. When a self booking is cancelled by the user, or because they did not check in, the user should receive an in app and email notification.

    The action should remove the entry in My Bookings too or clearly marked as Cancelled.

    The cancellation message should be customisable by Admins, and made more distinct in the mobile and web apps on screen notifications.

  4. As an Engage end-user,
    When I create another reservation that overlaps an existing reservation, I would like a prompt to ask me if I'd like to cancel/check out of the current desk. If I select "Yes," the existing booking should be cancelled by the system (instead of the user having to navigate to My Bookings), and replaced by the new reservation.

  5. In some areas in web and app, the logo is hard to see due to the contrasting colour. If the platform colour background can't change or fade in area of logo placement. The ability to change where in the area the logo appears would make it easier for branding to control in line with their marketing and logo area preference, as well as easier for end user to see logo tiles.

  6. Expand features included in the engage Person card, so you can see and add other details such as:
    - if they are a manager
    - If they have book on behalf of permission
    - Last booking date
    - Assigned building or floor
    - other fields via a custom field
    - All future bookings

  8. Much like google business polular times to show how busy a floor/neighbourhood is, would Engage map one day have the location memory enabled to show such mapping, from history data to show average polularity and live data mapping. Would be amazing to have it for reporting or users. Workplaces all want to install sensors for this but if you can get it with the app, that would be a huge competitive advantage.

  10. Having the Team Booking tab availble for a user who does not have the appropiate access may think that something is wrong with the app and may be confusing to understand or use.

  11. Currently booking report 345 will show the booked for as “team booking”, and not a persons name, so if there’s an internal requirement to report on who had a desk booked, difficult to do. Enhancement to reporting element, to report on attendee - if a person did not accept and select a desk, keep cell as Team booking. if a person accepts and selects the desk, cell to show persons name.

    Updates to reporting and report 345 are in development to include:

    • Booked on Behalf of details
    • Team booking details
    • Neighbourhood and Village names
    • Booking cancellation details and times
    • Check in and out times
    • First responder tags

  12. Currently our users do not receive an email confirmation when they book/reserve a "Space". Only when they reserve a "Desk" do they receive an email.

    Can the system be modified to allow the emails for the "Spaces" bookings/reservations also?

    Whether the system is modified to provide emails regardless of type of space, or if there is an additional configuration setting to allow/disallow for emails for spaces, is not critical in my opinion. Though it would probably allow for more flexibility to allow the secondary configuration setting for the "Spaces."

  13. When opting in or out of Engage visibility, it would be useful to choose if users can:
    - Hide or display my live status (SVLive)
    - Allow people in my team/org unit to see my details but hidden from users in other teams
    - Hide or display my email and contact details, photo and role
    - Hide or display my booking history (current, past and future)

  14. Similar to the enabling and visibility of First Responders in Engage, it would be excellent if we could set firezones as this would allow employees to understand which zones correspond to which fire assembly points. Please see image which better demonstrates my thinking.

  16. Using configurable colours, provide a way to mark sections of the floor background colour to reflect different zones, neighbourhoods or areas. This should include showing the name of the selected area.

    This could be used to show:
    - quiet zones
    - Busy zones
    - Specific neighbourhoods

  17. As an Engage Admin/Facilities Manager,
    I would like Engage users to be able to enter comments
    - When booking a desk or space
    - When cancelling a booking or space

    Comments can be used to explain why they're reserving/cancelling the booking (team meeting, working on a project, needs specific equipment, catering requests), So that management can better understand why employees are reserving certain seats.

  19. As an admin, I would like to be able to choose the colours displayed in Engage to seperately show:
    - Occupied vs Booked vs Bookable
    - Bookable for all staff
    - Bookable for the users team/hood
    - Bookable all day vs time
    - Booked vs unbooked vs unbookable
    - Currently selected desk or space

    This would need a legend to identify the different colours

  20. Serraview admins should be able to bulk cancel future bookings for desks or spaces space(s). This should include an automated message to users advising them of the cancelled booking.

    This is needed when a building or space needs to be closed down for whatever purpose; maintenance, pandemic issues, reclassification of the space, etc. Another reason, when bookings have been made using a social distancing situation, and now that restriction has been removed, all existing future socially distanced block bookings remain, but need to be removed.

    If the future bookings are not removed, they can throw off reporting numbers for management.…
