Provide native support for Engage Kiosk to use Windows Kiosk Mode

Enable check-in via engage calendar for Polygon spaces
Creating polygon spaces to function as desks for shift working is ideal. However, because polygon spaces are generally used for spaces like meeting rooms, there is no way to check-in via the Engage calendar. It would be really convenient if we could select check-in options from the space types menu in Admin Settings > Reference Data.

Engage People Tab - Current Status (Active/Away)
The Engage People Tab should visually indicate if a user is active, away, checked in or just booked a desk. This will allow people to quickly check the people tab to determine if someone is active on site today or not.
This will enhance the use of Engage beyond desk bookings when searching for active users in SVL2 and

When searching for a team/person on the search results, list the location that the result is found at. For example "Team A - Building 1 - Floor 02"

engage team booking for large teams
Have an option to have the system assign a desk to all the team members selected at random or keep it as-is. This would change the e-mail communication going from a list that is hard to follow to a single desk. We are finding that for large groups it is difficult to locate the range of desks that were selected as the e-mail is simply a long list which is not very user friendly. If the employee accepts, that seat remains occupied, if the decline, that seat opens up immediately and if they do not check-in the the check-in setting…

Enable name display when zooming in
With ENGAGE, enable the employee name display when you zoom in. Right now this feature works for work desks but does not display names for those office reservations. Zooming in should display ALL names, not just work desks.

When looking to delete your own booking, add a clear and larger "Cancel booking" label alongside the trash can icon.

Only show floors where assigned to book
Restrict to only show floors where you are assigned to book, unless you have additional access. Currently people can see all floors despite not being assigned to book at these locations - Some floors may be confidential or secure so we do not want them to see the floorplans if they're not able to book there.

Administrators able to book beyond future booking range
Administrators should be able to book beyond the future booking limit that has been set up, for example for an upcoming event, without having to expand the range for all users.

Restrict Space Bookings in different versions of Engage (Mobile/Web/Kiosk)
By configuration, choose if Space Bookings are available in different versions of Engage.

Seating Pop Up Window
When you click on a seat in Engage the pop up window does not display the name of the seated person. Can we have the same pop up window display on clicking a seat as you get when you search of an employee, with the employee contact information. If a person is not seated in that workpoint, the pop up should have a reservation option if it's a reservable desk.

Disable guest login on the kiosk for bookings
The kiosk currently defaults to enable a guest to book a desk. To assist with actual utilisation at a closed site it would be beneficial if this feature could be turned off so that staff could only select a registered user as the booking originator

book a section of desks - not using the Teams feature
Would love a way to block/book a section or workpoints not using the team function or the "book on behalf of" function but rather selecting multiple stations and booking all at once.
We have instances where staff from different Teams and/or locations are looking to block a group of stations and arent worried about each desk being reserved for a specific person.

Alert Reception of attending different building
If a staff member books into an office that isn't their home office, a notice can be given to reception the day before the guest attending. That way they will be registered to the office for the day in the event of an evacuation, and the reception can have access badges for them and make required arrangements. This would be particularly useful for offices where we do not control the entry. We can alert third party of guest attendance and allow ease of check-in. Showing Area in Engage & Feature to Switch between SQFT (square feet) to SQM (square meter)
We are hoping to have the area number shown in Engage and the feature to be able to switch calculations between SQFT (Square Feet) to SQM (Square Meters). This would help our global team and end users to utilize Engage.
Since we already have an existing calculation to switch between SQFT and SQM by setting up the user Local in Serraview, I'm assuming we can have this data shown when the users click each space.
If this feature cannot be a generic idea from a development perspective, can we have this as enable/disable function in configuration?

Additional First Responder/Person of Interest Categories
Provide for custom or additional First Responder/Person of Interest categories, beyond the hard coded First Aid Officer and Fire Warden.
This allows admins to define the titles of roles they wish to see within Engage, beyond the current workaround where some different roles have to be assigned to a category where the title doesn't align.
