Bulk Cancel Future Desk Bookings
Serraview admins should be able to bulk cancel future bookings for desks or spaces space(s). This should include an automated message to users advising them of the cancelled booking.
This is needed when a building or space needs to be closed down for whatever purpose; maintenance, pandemic issues, reclassification of the space, etc. Another reason, when bookings have been made using a social distancing situation, and now that restriction has been removed, all existing future socially distanced block bookings remain, but need to be removed.
If the future bookings are not removed, they can throw off reporting numbers for management. These numbers will vary based on client configurations.
Thinking of being able to upload a list of all the existing bookings that are to be cancelled. Ideally, Serraview would already have a unique field for each scheduled booking. A report that has that field available to use in this import would simplify the fields needed in the import step. If that field was available in a report like '345 - Desk Booking', the report could be filtered to identify the appropriate spaces to be affected, and then use the provided unique Booking ID field to then use in a data import to remove those bookings.

This is related to similar requests to decouple SerraView system administrator access from Engage system administrator access. We would benefit very much from enabling different staff to have "power user" access to Engage configuration and back-end access without also granting them full system administrator access.

Additionally have noticed that the social distancing generated bookings are not able to be deleted by Client System Admins. I would think that those bookings should be able to be deleted by the appropriately credentialed individuals.

Give users the ability to delete a block of reservations instead of one at a time.

Currently in the process planning a large move sequence, probably the first major inter-building one since Engage has been activated, and a process like this would be needed to properly 'clean up' the bookings for people's departing locations for incoming teams to have booking availability.

Currently the best way to delete bookings is to manually go through VBS and delete these one by one. Adding a way to delete bookings made in bulk could streamline this process and make removing a large amount of bookings less onerous.

As a floorplan is uploaded or deleted, we need a warning/notification if there are reservations associated to any space which will be removed as part of the Floorplan upload. This is a huge risk. We cannot have reservations deleted without first notifying the owner. If the person doing the floorplan upload is unaware of impacted reservations, mass numbers of bookings could be deleted and once they are gone, I doubt we would even be able to report on the reservations that were deleted.

When an admin cancels a booking, send an automated message to ask the individual to rebook another space.
