  1. As a system administrator I want to control which spaces can be booked as 'all-day' settings and others by 'specific time'. This supports spaces with shift work, varying styles of work and bookings and large floors with a variety of team and space requirements.

    Examples:
    - Select some desks/spaces to be booked as "All-Day" and other to be "Specific Time"
    - Custom Label specific time bookings "Morning", "Afternoon", "Evening"
    - Preset start times for all day bookings differently between different desks
    - Pre-Defined Time Slot Bookings "9am-12pm, 12pm-3pm"
    - Limit the amount of time a user can make a booking…

  2. When browsing a third-party website, it's impossible to navigate back or fwd. The only "back" button in the app takes you out to the main Engage menu and, sometimes, the website menu is not enough when you just need to go back a page.

    Adding some basic browser nav buttons (back/fwd, refresh, open in chrome/safari) would be very helpful.

  3. As a system administrator, I want the ability to view and delete room bookings made.

    At this time, only desk bookings are available in the VBS.

    Can we also view bookings made against a bookable space?
    Likewise, can we also 'cancel' the bookings made?
    Option to bulk delete or bulk shift bookings to other rooms

  5. As a user, I would like to modify my existing desk reservations by shortening it (i.e. 4 days to 2 days) or extending it (i.e. 2 days to 5 days).

    For existing desk reservations where I am shortening it, it should allow the user to keep their existing desk reservation or suggest booking another desk as a secondary option.

    For existing desk reservations where I am extending the booking, it should try to book the originally reserved desk for the extended time, and if this is not free, allow you to do the following options; 1) keep the original desk…

  6. Configurable option to define how many days or weeks in advance the desks/spaces can be booked in advance per building, floor or space.

    Examples:
    - At 12pm Friday, open bookings for the following week
    - All hot desks can only be booked on the day
    - Selected desks can be booked 4 weeks in advance, while default is only 1 week in advance (or the reverse)
    - Building A can be booked 2 weeks in advance, Building B can be booked 1 week in advance

  7. Many of us have our iPhones set to 'Accessibility... Display and Text SIze ... Larger Text' so that we can more easily read our phones. In the app of apps section, the titles become enormous and the formatting becomes confusing. There should be some adjustment so that this view makes more sense.

  8. As a facility manager who needs to ensure a safe working environment, I need to be able to clean desks after they are used. I'd like this to be automated as much as possible. Possible cases include:

    • Clean conference rooms after they are used for a meeting
    • Clean hoteling desks after they are used by an employee and before being used again by another employee
    • Identify all rooms that were used during the day and clean them all after-hours

    Ways to implement:
    - Report of current meeting reservation and hotel bookings
    - Report of daily meeting reservations and hotel bookings…

  9. As a user of Engage, I want to show my colleges that I'm:
    - on leave
    - working from home

    ...so they know not to try to find me in the office.

    Background
    It's great to know where someone sits, but just as importantly, to know when they are not there. It would be great to have a place in Engage where this could be set.

    Especially post COVID-19 where more people are likely to be working from home than what it typical.

    Possible features
    - Quick I'm not in the office day
    - Quick I'm working from home today…

  11. As a Slack user, I'd like to be able to find an employee by command, such as "\find Megan". This would bring up a floor plan locating where Megan is.

    Other use cases are:
    - employee contact info
    - book meeting rooms

  12. Enhancements too the process of booking a meeting space including:
    - Capture the name of the person making the booking
    - List the number of people attending the booking
    - List the names of people invited to the booking
    - Suggest meeting rooms based on the number of people going to the booking
    - Populate teams/outlook invite with links
    - Automatically integrate with VC/Video Conferencing and start calls at scheduled meeting times

  15. As an Administrator, I'd like a quick way to collect feedback/survey from a number of employees based on their attributes (location, orgunit, etc).

    This might be a built-in function to Engage, or a quick way for engage to be the entry point for using a 3rd party tool to collect the info.
