Reservation Confirmation email enhancements
System admins should be able to:
- Customise the contents of confirmation emails for different sites
- Customise if confirmation emails are sent for different sites or not
- Configure if staff can opt in/out of confirmation emails

It would be great for individuals to be able to opt in/opt out for email confirmation as some users do not want emails everytime they make a reservation
