engage team booking for large teams
Have an option to have the system assign a desk to all the team members selected at random or keep it as-is. This would change the e-mail communication going from a list that is hard to follow to a single desk. We are finding that for large groups it is difficult to locate the range of desks that were selected as the e-mail is simply a long list which is not very user friendly. If the employee accepts, that seat remains occupied, if the decline, that seat opens up immediately and if they do not check-in the the check-in setting kick in.
