As a Relocation Manager I want to send employees a "1st Day Email" to folks that are moving that includes a map of their new seat and other attachments of my choosing.

Allow Service Request Detail Pages to Open in a New Browser Tab or Window
Sometime I want to open multiple service request in separate browser tabs or windows so I can easily flick between them. 'Open link in new tab/window' is not available in the right click menu and ctrl + left click does not work either.

Add cc or checkbox to send emails to 'Managers' when using Bulk Emails
When sending bulk emails (adhoc or template), it would be very useful to cc in Managers (e.g. check box to 'send emails to Managers?').
Use case: when sending emails to users for any reasons, sometimes Managers should be aware too especially if they are not in the same location as their staff.

Security: split access for File Upload and Service Request attachments
Within SV security, uploading files via File upload is coupled with uploading attachments in Service Requests. The action "General - Can Upload Files" covers both. This presents issues when giving access to lower level SR only users.

AI Assisted Scenario Planning
Add an "Auto Plan" button that will leverage artificial intelligence to automatically re-stack a building/series of buildings to be more efficient - co-locating business units who need to work together; freeing up contiguous space that may be sub-let or used for another project; etc using the smallest number of moves (and thus cost)

Asset release automatically
Once asset is released in BOS you have to go and finish the process manually in the locker tab. Automatic release of an asset connected to BOS would be perfect.

Org Unit Hierarchy to include Cost Centre column
In the new 3.0 Org Unit Hierarchy, it would be great to have the Cost Centre information in its own column and searchable instead of needing to select individual Org Units to view CCs. Previously in v2, it would display in brackets next to the Org Unit Name.

Schedule sending of validation emails for Workplace Administrators
Schedule auto-sending of validation email(s) to Workplace Administrators filtered by specific locations and org units.
Currently, a Property staff member needs to push out emails to Workplace Admins manuallly via Profile Administrator. It relies on a human to do this on a timely manner. Automating this helps the client save time and focus on non-validated teams and unresponsive Workplace Administrators.51 votes -
Partial Workpoints
Update the Workpoint field on spaces to allow for partial workpoints, IE a .5 or 1.5 value in the Workpoint field. This will allow administrators to assign a value to spaces that match their intended use, so that a touchdown desk or similar temporary space can be flagged as a half workpoint, contributing to the overall space allocated to a team, but notably different from a full desk.

Locker Filter Option
You can't filter lockers in the 3.0 tool based on whether they're assigned unlike in 2.66. You can report on those lockers and apply the filter in excel to see the data you need- but it is not user friendly to run a report rather than being able to filter in the locker screen.

Have the ability to generate and view SVLive utilization reporting in real-time rather than the current 1-day delay. This is particularly important from a BCP perspective.

Display Space Area in VBS
The Overview of the space in VBS does not show the same area calculation as it does in the Space Viewer. It would be good to not have to switch between.

Add or Edit Tags, Retention Status, Attributes, etc. in Scenario Planner
As a move planner/coordinator, it would be useful to be able to update space features in Scenario Planner VBS mode.
Currently in 3.0, you can change the space type, but for back-to-work efforts (applying shift or phase approaches), more functionality is desired.

Edit/remove stack scroll animation
When navigating in VBS, the way the stack dynamically moves to show more people when I hover over a team can cause issues. This is especially the case when trying to hover over teams with few/zero workpoints to find and select them.
It would be useful to have this function revised from a usability perspective to be less inhibiting. Or to have a config option to turn it off in preference of a static stack.

Serraview Home Page Customization
The home page of Serraview should be customized based on what modules the user has access to or based on roles. For example:
- Executive users provided with dashboards from Insights
- Users without access to Service Requests or Scenario Plans have those tabs hidden
- Workplace admins summary of validation required
- If Service Requests aren't used, system administrators should have the option of hiding it from the home page navigation.
- The links available on the navigation bar should be based on a user's role. For example, if the user doesn't have access to BOS, that module should…29 votes -
Real Time Threshold Notifications
With insights now pushing threshold notification emails / Alerts there is a lot of requests for notifications when a floor goes over a threshold in 'near' real-time. Current architecture allows for these alerts but generally overnight or delayed. The New world post covid means businesses are setting % Utilisation Thresholds for social distancing rules and return to work plans.
I think SVLive data is the best option for companies to do this and if we can access not just in Locator / Engage but also that Utilisation being to high on a floor to inform the admins to stop taking…

Currently i'm creating Covid seat buffers for many floors and when reviewing a hard copy floor plan to mirror from paper to the VBS. I keep losing my place on where I last made edits to a seat or an office. It would be helpful to have an indication dot or marker showing the last place an edit was made.
