AI Assisted Scenario Planning
Add an "Auto Plan" button that will leverage artificial intelligence to automatically re-stack a building/series of buildings to be more efficient - co-locating business units who need to work together; freeing up contiguous space that may be sub-let or used for another project; etc using the smallest number of moves (and thus cost)

Use generative AI to create multiple scenario plans for spaces given a handful of variables and rules, such as group adjacencies, space type adjacencies etc. This could save a planner dozens of hours of work per move.

in Serraview 2.6 there was a forecasting module that wasn't easy to use, and didn't solve the issue of potentially over stacking areas and breaching ratio commitment.
A way for space planners and property managers, to be able to store potential or approved, future incoming people and their proposed location, to account for that growth within the serraview platform. To ensure adequate space can be provided, and avoid over committing or over stacking workplaces in line with business and union agreements.
The workaround now is to use spreadsheets and sharepoint, which is manual and requires much upkeep, cross referencing and document management. -
Scenario planning are very manual, sometimes it doesn't need the business acumen or the knowledge of people and teams element. If there was a way space planning could show us the best stack plan at a click of a button it would save many human hours. If it could calculate to maximise space, restack business units/org centres together, and people count evenly distributed. trying to create/re-stack floors to bring business units together, and ensure the right head count is allocated, doesn't need to be as manual as it is right now.

As a space planner, when I move teams between floors or buildings and/or update teams occupants, Scenario Planner should calculate the peak of the team, zone, hood, floor or building on this 'what if' scenario.
This would inform a space planner if a zone, floor, hood or building is over/under stacked based on historical utilisation to predict the future for a new stack.

Would this be something in Scenario Planner? Something like an occupancy % limit or guideline to help planners create scenarios around a target %?

Would like to see what it would look like to have 25%, 50%, 75% capacity returning and how to stage that. This will help manage the people returning to the space and how to keep people appropriately distanced during Covid.

As an Ex Churn Manager this would be great!

Web portal to automate the collection of headcount forecast data from the business and automatically incorporate that into a scenario plan to see where there will be pressure points / excess space.
Update Scenario Planner to present combined point in time space availability modelling based on lease data against current and predicted headcount modelling.
