Schedule sending of validation emails for Workplace Administrators
Schedule auto-sending of validation email(s) to Workplace Administrators filtered by specific locations and org units.
Currently, a Property staff member needs to push out emails to Workplace Admins manuallly via Profile Administrator. It relies on a human to do this on a timely manner. Automating this helps the client save time and focus on non-validated teams and unresponsive Workplace Administrators.

This used to be the way these automated emails were filtered so if an admin had 10 teams and didn't confirm 1 team they would only have the 1 non-confirmed team on the list...now it shows all 10 and has caused a lot of confusion with our admins...especially ones who have multiple teams and work to manage full floors/buildings...in turn this has affected our confirmation percentages and affects KPIs for our data confidence.

Currently the code within the Validation emails pulls all teams under a particular admin.

%workplaces]%When sending Validation Reminder or Validation Overdue emails, I'd like the code to only email the list of filtered (e.g. Overdue) teams under a selected admin, not every team they are an admin for.
Currently we have to refer to these teams via a pre-filtered Excel list that is upload back in to the email as an attachment. This is time spent creating these documents when I believe it would be a great/logical feature built-in to Serraview
