Real time utilization reporting
Have the ability to generate and view SVLive utilization reporting in real-time rather than the current 1-day delay. This is particularly important from a BCP perspective.

Customer's value the real time data especially in times of critical incidents. There is an opportunity to fulfill a real good use case in view of this pandemic.
