  1. Currently in V2022.03 single quote/apostrophes are not accepted in the email address field in Define Employees and Define Users Web Central views.

    Clients require the ability to have an email address that includes an apostrophe.

  3. One of our customer (on premise) is using Ping Certificate to handle SSO connexions.
    While WebCentral works perfectly, SmartClient does not allow connexion.

    After a deep enquiry with Archibus support, we ended up discovering that Ping Certificate's response consist in a multi-dimensional cookie, not supported by SmartClient.

    The demand is to improve SmartClient to also support multi-dimensional cookies (best guess : contact the Ping editor).

  5. Every Organization has a slightly different way of managing project and tracking details. Allowing users to add these fields via configuration will make the implementation of this module easier.

    Also, allowing the user to decide on which fields show up on the Project Management Console and the Project Dashboard will be a huge win.

  7. Currently, we can design as many print template as needed, however, users must choose and hard-code one print template per export feature (one template for PDF one for Doc)

    I suggest allowing users to select the desired template from a dropdown menu. This will allow users to design print layouts by paper size, recipient, or purpose and, when needed, just select the preferred template from a print menu.

  8. Some life-safety assets should appear on the Workplace floor plan as a wayfinding feature (Exit, Defibrillators, Fire Extinguishers, First Aid).

    To do this, we should develop a functionality, similar to the RED-LINE feature, that will enable users to:
    1. Associate icons with assets
    2. Drag and drop icons directly to a floor plan
    3. Display icons on Workplace floorplans

  10. Microsoft has ended the EWS support and is shutting this down. We need to have integration with graph API for onprem archibus solutions for room reservations. The API should be bi-directional and allow for multi-room reservations.

  11. Remember Client/Server's "Delete Table" button that allowed you to delete all records in a table that matched the current restriction? It would be very useful to have some way to bulk delete records in current Archibus environments. This will need to be very limited to admins only, but the need is there, especially in hosted environments where administrators may not have full access to backend tools.

  12. In several instances the system displays the Error: Cannot read property 'message' of null; rather than redirecting the user to the Login Screen after a session timeout (of clearing your cache in a different browser window).
    This, along with the typical timeout occurring, produces unexpected results when logging back in. This was reported as a bug but were told:

    The system does not inform the user that the session is approaching timeout or that the session ended. Sadly, that is is the limitation of the current design.

  13. When using Outlook plugin with SAML integration users get really confused when they see the Archibus Web Central interface.

    For this it would be ideal if they did not see this and it would auto-close that window.

  14. The ARCHIBUS Database and web central application allows the clients to maintain the parts that are required per equipment.

    However, this information is not readily available on the WR. If a link to this information is added from the WR (both building operations console and mobile app), it will add tremendous value for the user to maintain this information in ARCHIBUS. Otherwise, this will continue to be maintained in an adhoc manner.

For questionnaires under compliance or even the new maintenance checklist in v25.3, some clients want to add a reference link so that when an employee is doing a checklist and it requires them to follow a set of instructions then the employee can say watch a video, open up pictures on instructions on how to do the checklist item.

    One example are hospital equipment which have some complexities. So an example question could be replacing a battery. The technician can refer to a quick video or reference pictures to confirm the work is done. It would make sense if the…

It would be interesting to be able to make a combination of attributes in the search in People & Places, in Workplace, for employees to be able to easily locate rooms on a floor plan (especially non-hotelable rooms like kitchen, washroom, etc.). For example, if I would like to see rooms with room type WASHROOM in the HQ building, it would be great if I could use something like WASHROOM+HQ and get the list of washroom in HQ, and then, by clicking on one of them, I see exactly where the room is on the floor.   17. There seems to be no fault tolerance in the function/process related to

    "CloseDaysAfterWrDateCompleted"

    If the process finds a record that has some form of data issue (it does happen) the process stops at that record and does not continue (on error continue). No other records are processed.
    The process starts again the next night and stops again at the same record, so no archives are achieved. Effectively stopping the process

  18. Clients and prospects often request a calendar view of their lease events to show expiries and events. Can the existing Archibus calendar views be extended to allow users to see their upcoming lease expiries and options in a calendar and drill into the details?

  19. Companies would like to have the assurance an employee who has booked a workspace is actually at the office when they are checking into a booked workspace. Enabling location services on the mobile app, and building the capability to either conduct an auto-check-in when the employee arrives at the office, or perhaps also enabling push-notifications to trigger a check-in reminder when the employee arrives at the office (Example: "We see you've just arrived to an office where you currently have a workspace booked.   20. It would be helpful to filter for work requests that have a Checklist from within the Maintenance Console Filter.

    In addition, the ability to see the checklist embedded in the Work Request Details view would be extremely helpful. Once a wr is completed and closed, using the Search and Manage would allow the ability to still review the checklist and results that pertain to that work request.
    I understand the Maintenance Survey Report is available, but this is difficult to navigate and having it right with the wr is ideal.
