  1. In the Maintenance Console, it would be nice to have the ability to save filters.
    OOTB, they are saved in the recent filters but it has 2 drawbacks: 1. there is a limit in term of the number of filter saved that way. 2. they disappear when users clear their cache (which happens every time there is a new deployment).

  2. SaaS clients not happy with output options OOTB from the Space Console.
    The readability is not there.

  3. Accessibility is a requirement for my agency and the end user/workplace landing page can be difficult for those with limited sight to view. Furthermore, booking a space through the CAD drawing view, is near impossible with those with sight issues. A default view would be helpful if a voice command option is not.

  5. Would like ways for the Emergency Teams to identify that they are at a location or a building has been cleared. And for that to be indicated on a map.
    Better ways to identify the damage to a room and the repair status. (This may be done with the work order system, but it's not clear)

We are looking for a way to simply pull up highlighted floorplans and see the details (rmcat, dv, dp, area, employee (primary and secondary assignments) and pictures we have attached to the rooms. We do not need to mark up but ideally we could select the building off a map or from the list. We do not need surveys, but would like to be able to apply the security roles to the mobile app.

  8. Update the drawing viewer in Move Scenario Planner to use common drawing control and tools - similar to space console.

    In fact, all drawing viewers should be updated to use a common drawing controller vs. one-offs from each other.

  10. If a problem report ticket is issued with equipment information linked to it, the maintenance history linked to the equipment can be displayed and viewed on the maintenance work console screen.

    But if you open the ticket information on the work request search screen, you cannot see the maintenance history.

  11. Notification should be sent to the worker/craftperson when the responsible person validates the checklist answer with a "No"?

    This will allow worker to keep the track of any faults / errors reported while inspection

  12. For higher ed, all assignable space appears as occupiable, but that does not mean that it would be assigned an occupant.

    1. We need a way to identify what room types should be included in the calculation for employee capacity and included in the highlights for occupancy/vacancy. And/Or

    2. A way to identify what types of spaces we want to show on the highlights for occupancy.

    For example, we would typically only assign employees to research labs or offices. We need those spaces to show up as available, not a conference room, classroom, or file room. However, all these roomtypes need to…

  15. My client has foundations, and space. We're implementing move management and have discovered that the Move Actions option 'Generate Work Request?' does not actually generate any records in the Service Console.

    These standard options are very misleading to clients, who are expecting their teams to be notified of work, and have a place to manage it.

    A simple move workflow should be out of the box with the Space license. So that those Move Actions can be managed in a simple way.

    (Full blown Service Desk or Maintenance Module would be overkill for managing the actions associated with moves.)

  16. Starting from 2022.02 seems that there is no more option to disable prepared statements globally in web central.

    You need to take each parameter one by one and replace the ? value in original sql. If the parameter is of type date the thing is even more complex as you need to convert the date string into date object (to_date(……).
    So for debug purposes these are almost useless.

    My suggestion is to update DbConnectionImpl class and to adapt these 2 methods and use them instead of just logging the original sql string. This should work for Oracle

  17. Add the ability to use the date to perform (or similar) field instead of a certain number of days when setting up an SLA.

    Example: User submits a Conf. Room Setup request, these requests can vary widely in when they need to be performed. Some users submit them a week ahead, some users submit them a month ahead. Using the time to perform as the due date would alleviate the issue of setting a specific numbers of days to perform.

  18. If you structure/name you layer in AutoCAD to match some standards the layer names often contains character like a ..

    But having a . (dot) in a layer name breaks the redlining as the picture that contains the redlining cannot be generated.

  19. Currently you can apply a security group to a service request type to restrict it in the Web Central "Create Service Request" view. This restriction should be carried over to workplace.

    With the questionnaire functionality added to workplace, clients would like to use the new interface for all requests, but for some requests like badge and key they should not be open to anyone to request.

  20. Add a filter option in the manage service level agreements task to search for specific checklists.

    This would allow users to search for outdated checklists that need to be removed/replaced
