Responsive Hot Desk booking for Back to Work
I propose to create a dynamic/ responsive booking process with automatic Social Distancing logic – this means:
1. All of the Hotelable rooms are designated as “Available”
2. When a room (desk) is booked, the system automatically checks the room’s proximity to other rooms and turns “Unavailable” all rooms that fall within the specified social distance radius.
Benefits:
1. Move away from a static floorplan layout – more flexibility
2. Increase room availability – let say that one room is in the cleaning process, users can still use all the rooms around it.
3. Save admin time to prepare a viable SD floorplan

Since other hoteling products have this feature, it would add to Archibus's competitive advantage to match it.
