  1. There is an info of start/end date for the booking but WHEN it was done is missing so:
    if the person booked a desk for his job for Jan 11th starting from 9 AM till 1PM I can see it.
    But it would be good to see WHEN (at what date and time) it was done (Jan 9th, 10th, 8th etc) as the desk can be booked in advance.

  2. SIQ currently pulls from Google Maps for the Building Names, which is problematic for us because we refer to our offices by countries. I've done a screen shot to show what I'm talking about. Is it possible to have a programmer alter our menu or give the admin rights to enter a manual name for a building vs. having your system pull from Google only causing inconsistency with how a company names/refers to their locations internally?

  3. WE can add a Space note where we can say for example that a hotel desk is primarily for a certain person or other info.
    If you hover over it, you see the note on mobile app (although cut as first shows hoteling desk before the note) but if you are in reserve a desk mode on the web app, you don't see the note.
    1. please remove the mention Hoteling desk before the note so we can see it (we are already in hotel desk mode)
    2. please make note visible on web app when in desk reservation mode.…

  5. We could greatly benefit from a phone booth logo to add to our floor map in order to have an accurate map of our space.

  6. Allowing those with a permanent/dedicated office to opt-out based on their in-office schedule. (i.e. RC has a permanent office in the 20th floor, Toronto office. She knows that she will be working from this office on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday next week, so she could put her office on the system for booking by others on Thursday and Friday).

  7. Our team is leaning more on Space IQ for Leasing Details and Reporting over time (and is the original reason we selected Space IQ). We need the ability to enter an annual estimated OpEx cost, at minimum, so our costs are separated from Base Rent. Ideally, we would have more than one OpEx category (ie Taxes, Insurance, Parking, Management Fees). Thanks.

  8. Space IQ currently is not usable on the mobile apps, and desks cannot be booked. The implementation (or other, as definted) contact needs to receive a message from Space IQ when a big system-wide issue happens, so that we can proactively message our company, instead of various team members being hit with messages from various locations and people regarding the issue. Thanks.

  9. Could the ability to edit a recurring hoteling booking be reviewed. I have a lot of recuring bookings, and sometimes changes need to be made to:
    Start/end time
    Change of Workspace
    Change of day
    It would be great to be able to edit the booking, rather than cancel current and create a new recurrence.

  10. We have the 'Past Booking' page where all previous bookings are displayed. This is a preview page where the user cannot create a reservation for the same desk.

    Please improve the 'Past Booking' functionality to allow users to re-create bookings from a list of past bookings.

  11. For organisations where admins are in charge of booking desks rather than employees, it would be useful to be able to restrict desk booking to a certain category. For example, only admins would be able to book desks for anyone (not regular 'viewers') if a certain box is ticked in Settings.
    Not all companies use Space IQ as Space IQ imagines them to, and I believe Space IQ would do well to keep that in mind.

  12. Is there a way to change the number of days that we can book Conference Rooms in advance? I know the current setting that we have on is 5 days for work stations, but I was wondering if you knew how we could do a work around for enabling booking our Conference Rooms even further in advance, for example a month out if we know we have a meeting scheduled and would like to use one of those rooms?

  13. Can we have SpaceIQ allow for us to have certain employees able to book their hoteling work space at a different time period than the rest of the employees? For example, the company-wide setting is 5 days as the limit to how far in advance an employee can book their work space. However, we need a few individuals to be able to book 2 weeks in advance.

  16. Currently only Admins can access reports to show who has checked in on a specific day or range of days. It would be very helpful to have the ability to view in the map view who has checked in for the day. So, if a co-worker wants to say Hi to another co-worker, or have a conversation with them, they can just check the map instead of wasting time walking over to their desk.

  17. There are icons which denote locations or items but are just an icon. We have artwork that is difficult to find and there is an artwork icon. If we could put the name of the artwork on a dropped artwork icon we would be able to find a certain item by searching for it's name / note.

  18. We can put a variety of icons on the map but I do not want all of them shown to all people (e.g. badge reader locations). Can we show certain icons only to certain user types?

  19. As a booking manager, I can not book for anyone currently on the mobile app. It would be good to add the repeat booking date feature on the web page for easy booking. It only allows you to book one week at a time.

  20. As a user when I have a booking on space and that space is changed from hoteling to another usage type I would like to be notified that my booking has been canceled so I can make other arrangements.
