For organisations where admins are in charge of booking desks rather than employees, it would be useful to be able to restrict desk booking to a certain category. For example, only admins would be able to book desks for anyone (not regular 'viewers') if a certain box is ticked in Settings.
Not all companies use Space IQ as Space IQ imagines them to, and I believe Space IQ would do well to keep that in mind.
