  1. We've been implementing connection between our internal softwares to SiQ and we've been wondering if there is any way to programmatically invalidate and generate a new API integration token.
    We have concerns about the leak of this token leading to a security breach.

  3. Allow Department Admins to access the "Agile Workplace" reports. Many team leads need to know who is coming into the office and when. Will also give an overview of department across multiple locations

  4. Allow auto check in (via geo location tag). Mobile device to pick up geo location and check in when user is with a certain distance from the specified location.

    This will help remove having to rely on staff to remember to check in, and enable check in for staff who cannot take personal items into a workplace area.

  5. In addition to this suggestion, "As an admin, we need the ability to edit specific employee name, department, title, reporting to, etc. WITHOUT having to import full csv file every time," we also need to be able to add/delete employees regardless of whether they were added manually or imported.

    Having the option to add/delete/edit in the UI makes it more user-friendly, as it would just be a quick-click-feature like how it is for adding Employees (but by deleting and editing fields, of course).   6. When searching the space code you should be able to see the history of who has been seated in that space, similar to the employee move history. Or it should be an added feature to be able to search the space code within the employee move history category.

  10. There is nothing showing that neighborhoods are in the occupancy report but their inflated capacity gives false information about what seats I have available thus skewing the reporting.

  13. Currently, the app automatically cancels a booking if the user does not check in within a certain timeframe. While this feature may be helpful in some cases, it can also be frustrating for users who may need more time to arrive at the booked location.

    Therefore, we would like to request the addition of a new feature that allows admin user to set the time before which booking cannot be canceled.   16. The automated questions that happen when a ticket is opened are hated by our employees. While it may be efficient for you, we are getting very negative feedback.   20. When printing/downloading a floor map, please provide the ability to show or hide different types of pin icons, not all or nothing, with a drop down menu for example, so we can handpick which types of pin icons to show on the floor.
