Send Welcome Email to customers who sign-up for an SiQ Account

As a SiQ customer I want a Welcome email to be sent out when my user account is set up as currently, I am waiting to receive a Welcome email.
The Onboarding team has to send out an email that explains how the user account is set up and the customer needs to reset their password. Often the customer is confused and don’t understand why they have to reset their password.

Show Neighborhoods/Workplace Groups on Employee View
show an outline or watermark type background of neighborhoods and workplace groups in the employee booking view.
This would allow admins to keep an open seating plan and employees could book desks in other neighborhoods if they needed to collaborate.

Lease Currency vs $
Currently the main Lease page displays figures as $ even when another currency is selected - example attached.
This is very confusing. If it isn't possible to insert the correct currency symbol, is it possible to at least delete the $ symbol when another currency is selected?
I have already raised a ticket for this (#7316 Manage Leases) but was advised to Suggest A Feature

SpaceIQ App Wayfinding
We would like to see more features added to the SpaceIQ app. Since we are using neighborhoods instead of assigned seating, our staff needs to be able to locate where to find specific areas where teams might be sitting. As of right now we cannot look up particular floor maps to determine where certain areas are. We would like our staff to be able to use their phones rather than have to search on their laptops for a better experience.

Unique URL per office for viewing hoteling reservations
We would like to be able to provide our front of house security contractors a unique URL for each office for viewing the hoteling reservations for the day and user status (name, desk/room, checked in)

Service Status / subscribe for notifications
Currently whenever we encounter an outage I have to raise a ticket to determine whether the outage is specific to my organization or everyone. There should be a page status.spaceiq.com which both shows current service status and enables me to subscribe for email updates.

Please enable search by desk numbers for Viewers. Employees that are not necessarily admins want to find desks based on desk numbers. Also may help for hotel desk search if an employee knows the area well.

Change SQFT to M2 as a global change (or by location)
The default is M2 but in Australia (and most of the rest of the world) we are in M2. Currently, changing only makes the changes a personal setting and only on the floorplan summary and does not flow through to the dashboard which is fixed to sqft. Can this be made as a company and application wide setting change rather than just a personal change on one page.

Access Approval
Right now, due to COVID, we have an approval process for employees to enter the facility. Adding an approval process, where an admin or space captain can approve access (possibly before booking a desk) would be helpful.

Occupancy & Workstation/Office Reporting
More granular reporting capabilities...
Email from customer below:
I need to be able to pull reports that show for example:
Site Offices Offices occupied offices unoccupied % usage
Same for cubicles/shared offices/lockers/
I would also need to be able to know which spaces are full 6 ft cubicles, which are 5 foot work stations, or 4 ft work stations if that is something we can benchmark out.
Does that make sense?
I would like to be able to expand that to the entire network, pull the data for a single site, or even by floor.

Limit how far in advance each employee can reserve a space continually?
If possible, can it be set for only 1 month, then they would have to reserve the space again versus the 6 months that is set by the system? It would be nice if the admins can control the time limit.

Show people location who don't have a fixed desk (map and search function.
Show the location of people on the map when they book a desk, and show their location when they are searched for.
