Emergency Messaging
Given the fires that were (and some still are) raging in the PNW, and every companies' need to address DR (Disaster Recovery) and BC (Business Continuity) planning, there is a need for crisis/emergency messaging for many companies. Given SiQ's integration points, web, and mobile apps, it provides a unique opportunity for product dev. Being integrated with Active Directory, for example, could allow SiQ to build emergency messaging from the employer to staff, and for staff to mark themselves as safe/unsafe, request assistance, notify managers, etc. There are companies that building VERY robust solutions, that cost and include more than most…

Ability to check-in using the Slack integration
Currently the Slack app only allows you to search for people or desks. You also have to check in using email notifications or the mobile app. I'd love to manage my bookings or at least be able to confirm a booking through Slack.

Improve the usability of SiQ navigation
Have a view for the navigation so that we're not relying solely on icons to find pages. Make it easier to find and/or search for navigation items/pages.

Hourly and All Day bookings
The ability to define certain desks as hourly only and other desks as all day only.
The hourly desks could be used for cafe/kitchen or more transient areas where people are expected to come and go regularly.
The all day reservations would be designated as focus areas.For the cafe use case, an employee should be able to have an all day reservation and still book an hourly seat in the cafe.

health screening
Ability to have setting for health screening notification hours to be entered as a free text instead of drop down.
We want the screening to be available 24 hrs before the booking the employee's booking and admin notification 23 hrs after health check is available. Currently, the drop down jumps from 12 to 24 hrs.

Allow copy & paste of blocks in Map Designer
It would be very helpful & convenient to be able to move blocks from one floor to the other. As things are now, if a block was not loaded in the CAD on both floors then it won't be available to all floors.

Allow employees to book parking spaces as they would a hotel desk
When an employee books a hotel desk in either the web or mobile app they will then be asked if they will need a parking space booked as well.
Parking spaces would be hotel desks assigned in parking lots.

creating alerts for bookings
Create email alerts upon hotel bookings to specific DLs. For example, those bookings done out of hours for the next day will alert HouseKeeping by email so that the desk can be prepared the next morning before staff arrival time. Creating and sending a report for this cannot be done due to out of hours.

Increase duration of bookings beyond 2 days.
For people who choose to return to the office and work five days a week, booking only two days at a time is a real drag.

A huge request is for the admins to be able to check employees in if the party is having an issue checking themselves in.
There needs to be option to check in on the behalf of employee's when they can not check in for themselves.

Future Move
For the future move, we created a Plan A to change a desk from hoteling to primary seat effective 08/02. We have our future reservation set to 90 days out. Is there a way to only allow associate to make booking up until 08/01 for this seat?

Need to retain expired leases. These will renew, but the process is longer and the old lease needs to be visible.

Hide employee information for desk reservations and assigned seats
Some employees do not want to be able to be found whether they have they a hotel desk that is reserved or if they are assigned to a seat full time. Ideally employees would opt in or opt out of something like this.

Neoghborhood details by employee
When one exports employee list for a location with neighborhoods, the only thing listed per employee is the neighborhood name. It does not state what floor that neighborhhod is on. See below : FLoor is blank

Color coded seats for booking are not easily distinguishable for those with colorblindness who can't determine the difference between green and gray. A different scheme such as black and white be more accessible.
