Hoteling notification email - date/time
Would be great to get an email after booking a desk that confirmed your date/time for that booking. Right now it's just an email that it's booked.

Visibility into which accounts are using APIs that could potentially break.
We need to give proper notice (14 days) to accounts who are using APIs that could potentially break when there is an update. Visibility into this would allow us to stay in front of changes. Can an automated report be created?

Hotel Desk Booking Report
Add a column on the Hotel Desk Booking Report to show who made the reservation. Similar to the Manage>Bookings tab.

North and South America and Africa distinguished in portfolio
Each continent should be separated out. At current APAC, AMER, EMEA are the geo locations. Continents such as North and South America, and Africa are not included or separated within the portfolio section.

Projections for Long Term Planning
Extend Projections to 10, 15 or 20 years for long term planning.
Would be helpful when you are trying to negotiate leases that will affect your square footage requirements for longer than 5 years - Say a 10, 15 or 20 year lease.1 vote -
Responsive UI
The web UI does not render well on a mobile viewport, particularly the dropdowns and modals, which render important links outside of view, and which disallow zooming out to get at those links, without switching to desktop mode.

Pin Color Change
In Australia the color for first aid and AED machines are green. In Manila, the color for first aid and AED machines are yellow.
Customers need a way to change the pin color or other colors need to be provided.8 votes -
Desk Pictures Visible on Desktop Version
Currently end users can see pictures of meeting rooms on the desktop and mobile versions of the software. However, currently you can only see pictures of desk on the mobile app. It would be nice with the uptick in hoteling to be able to see an image of a desk before booking.

Scenario Planning from Remote WFH to Hybrid Model
This client would like the ability to scenario plan from a remote work from home environment back to a hybrid environment where employees will be booking desks or sitting in neighborhoods as they return. Our current scenario planning tool is only great with communication on dedicated seats and does not provide much around agile seating.

Currently when viewing remote employees on the app, it does not have a a location for showing Remote. It would be great to have this location field added for all remote employees notating their Location as remote.

Health Screenings for seated Employees
Health Screenings for seated Employees would be very helpful as well. This seems to only be available for employees booking desks. Should our company choose to have each employee do a health screening prior to coming in each day, this would would greatly help everyone facilitate this.

Add feature to filter auto released desk bookings from report Hotel Desk Bookings report, to provide a clean report of the people in office during a specific time period

Hotel Desk Report (Space Usage Type), showing desk numbers (Seat Codes)
Currently there is not a report that shows Space Usage Types and Seat Codes. This is needed for our company to ascertain which Work Spaces are Hoteling Desks, Usage Types, and which are not. This report will be given to janitorial for cleanings/moving items as needed.

Org Chart
Have the ability to download an org chart. All the information needed is pulled over through AD currently. It would be genius to allow teams the ability to view a full org chart of their organization.

Org Chart
It would be great for an employee/viewer to see the org chart. When they click on an employee to see who this person reports up through or who reports to them.
As a space planner or facility manager it would be helpful to have this data to determine space allocation, authority level, how to potentially organize the space around a supervisor etc.

On Floor Maps, Addition of Point of Interest With Snap Shot
On Floor Map View, Addition of Specific point of interest or common area point and when clicked on them, a zoomed-in visual of site ( a Photo or 2D image ), this would help first time user to navigate on map there booking and illustrated beautiful landscape created on office space.
