Set the default booking option to All Day if "Both" option is selected in the ‘Booking Type’ section on Settings/Desk Booking Settings page
Currently, we have three booking type options available on the settings page:
'All Day Only'
'Hours Booking only'
'Both' (allowing hourly and all-day booking)
Our organization had to enable the option "Booking for the whole day only" due to constant conflicts between users. These conflicts arose because the default booking setting creates reservations for a couple of minutes or 1 hour if I am not mistaken. Employees often believe they have booked a desk for the entire day when, in reality, they have only reserved it for a short period.
As a result, we had to disable the Both' option…

Hotel Desks Invalid Token Response After Booking to Cancel
One of our employees happened to book a hotel desk and cancel the reservation after it has started and it is giving an "invalid token" reply. Gabe from Eptura Support told us that "It is by Design." Hence, can you possibly allow to cancel a booking with no issues so that way other employees can book it again to free it up for other people to use? We are very tight on desks here and the ability to cancel would seem to be an important feature.

Customizable Booking Policy Notification and Link
Currently, our employees receive an email notification confirming their booking. However, we need to notify our users about our distinct booking policies, which can vary among offices. To achieve this, we propose the following functionality:

Manage Booking Types ('hourly' AND/OR 'all-day bookings' options) separately for each office
One of the most critical improvements we seek is the ability to manage booking types separately for each office.
Currently, the application allows us to either allow or disallow certain booking types, such as hourly AND/OR all-day bookings, for the entire company.
However, it is essential for us to have granular control over this functionality at the office level. This will enable us to tailor the booking options to the specific needs and policies of each office location. For instance, some offices may only allow hourly bookings, while others may permit both hourly and all-day bookings.

Reception Report for Hoteling Desks
Have the ability to run a daily report that shows all hoteling desks, what's available, which are reserved, who reserved it and who it was reserved for. This gives the receptionists an easy way to determine what is open/reserved on each floor in one report.

Can the 'employee import' functionality default to upsert with an option to truncate first if desired?
It's too easy to accidentally delete everyone, and when they get restored from backup all bookings and desk assignments are lost.

Hotel desk NOT booked
Provide a report that shows Hotel desks NOT booked. This can provide insight into unused Hotel desks. It would be nice to be able to filter it by days.

Add toggle to switch between old and new UI.
With recent UI changes, the distinction between available and unavailable desks, especially in the mobile app, has become less clear. This change affects the overall user experience on both web and mobile platforms.
So, it would be great to have a toggle to switch between old and new UI.

Ability to add/edit markers and the markers able to Show Availability in Locator
Currently Viewers cannot see the Markers in Locator. the Markers are important for visiable in the floor plan for health and safety issue especially for the markers of fire facilities and emergency exit.
At the same time, the existing markers only have Fire Extinguisher and Fire Exit, we would like to create First-aid Box and Fire Hosereel and show up in the locator for their information of contingency awarness.

Print floor map with handpicked pin icons
When printing/downloading a floor map, please provide the ability to show or hide different types of pin icons, not all or nothing, with a drop down menu for example, so we can handpick which types of pin icons to show on the floor.

Default booking period
Currently the default for a desk booking is 15 minutes unless you change it. Numerous users forget this and end up booking the incorrect period. Can the option be changeable or not set as a default requiring the employee to have to select the time with a warning if they dont?

Edit tool for small "changes" that get made within a floorplan
Admin able to make minor edits to the floor plans without having to submit CAD drawings for simple changes like an office being converted to a cubicle or 2 cubicle spaces being converted to an office, and office into a conference room, a conference room into an office etc. with "stock" graphics. The type of interior projects that get done all the time to meet business needs/adjacency issues and are but small interior projects that don't effect overall square footage or exterior wall changes.
