Time/Date Stamp when printing maps
When printing or making .pdf maps, it would be helpful to have a Time & Date Stamp + an identifier for what map (Now or Plan w/ date) you're printing.

Updating a Space Type should not delete all associated space information.
Updating a Space Type should not delete all associated information - for example, if i change a space type from "Meeting 1 x1" to "Meeting Room", it should delete the capacity and name and sf, etc. that are associated with that space.....

Multiple HR Locations to one building
The ability to assign multiple HR locations to a single building. For clients that have multiple entities within the same building, this would make assigning the appropriate employees to the building much easier.

Check-In by SoftPhone
Client is looking for check - functionality based around softphone logins. Once a client reserves a desk, they would want to be able to "check-in" to the space by logging into their phone - they would also want this to be something that is searchable by the admins or employees when looking for where an employee sits on the floor by searching for their extensions

View Filter - Lock
When in Floor Map, I would like the ability to add a view filter to the floorplan which will remain until the user removes it. Currently, the View Filter once added is removed the next day.
The filter I am most interested in is Employee Name and Seat Number

Limit employees to only see colleagues in their department hotel desk booking
The ability to put a parameter around whom can see each others hotel desk bookings. Whether by department, floor, or team, this would be helpful and provide some privacy throughout the organization.

Meeting Room Capacity
Meeting rooms are currently set to require a capacity of at least 2 in order to display on the mobile app. Many of these meeting rooms have been changed to have a capacity of 1 to comply with safe distancing practices.
Would it be possible to update the logic to require a capacity of at least 1?1 vote -

Will show all employees assigned to shared seats, similar to the Spaces report.

Set Capacity % by Office or Floor
We need the ability to set capacity percentages by office or by floor, not for the whole portfolio as it is currently.
This is especially important as we begin opening offices back up, as not offices will open all at once, and we'll need to scale up or down the capacity rate on a per-office level.

Limit how many days per week an employee can book desk
Many people would like the ablility to limit their employees on how many days a week they can book. Typically limiting them to 2-3 days per week and once this threshold is met, they would no longer be able to book a desk until the next week.

Terminated report - Add "Building" filter (remove HR location)
Would rather see the filterability by Building than HR Location in the Terminated report. We use the report to see who has been unseated from any given site and if we care to dig in, we download to find the details about where they were assigned (HR Location).
HR Location doesn't seem useful if someone is trying to figure out who may have been terminated/unseated from an office and their HR Location is assigned to a different office. They will get missed.

Scroll within Floor Maps
The ability to scroll between floors within a building on the floor map view. This is especially helpful for groups with many buildings/floors.
The primary use case would be for employees searching for hotel desks within a building that has multiple floors. Rather than going back to the drop down and searching for your building and selecting the individual floors.6 votes
