Search via url bar
Allowing searches via the URL bar would be great. We used to set up a 'search engine' in Chrome for OfficeSpace for this purpose so you could use a keyword and then search for people. I can't seem to do that with SpaceIQ

Log in dashboard
Create a dashboard with the list of offices and their respective location. Currently, when you log into SiQ you will be taken to the floor plan where you are assigned.
The dashboard will give an overall perspective of the locations and allow the user to choose the required office floor plans.1 vote -

Viewer Access to include specific fields, for example: Manager.
Viewer is not able to see Manager info for the employees. Please allow access to manager info in the Viewer role.

The ability to book a space and restrict/block off any space within this social distance range within the time the space is booked for.

Show me my desk
When you log in on a day you have a reservation, show it. Currently I have to arrive, and then while standing in the office look at the app and navigate to see my reservations and then figure out which desk that is on the map. Just show it to me on the map, so I can arrive and sit down.

Dynamic Auto Seat Assignment
The ability for admins to use attributes or values of employees (department, company, etc.) to auto provision seating. In addition, the ability to implement multiple controls for dynamic auto seat assign of end users in various "Neighborhoods" would be even more beneficial. An example would be, as a employee that works for a specific business unit, you will be auto assigned to a a permanent desk in your BU neighborhood, but because you are also part of a specific subsidiary you can hotel in that subsidiaries space as well, in addition to being able to hotel in unrestricted hotel desks.…

find my group
I would like to be able to find members of my team on any given day shown on the floor map - the functionality would be similar to find a colleague, but it would find all members of a pre-determined group either set by the user or pre-set based on org chart.

Sum up totals in reports
The reports and portfolio view show totals across rows for each category / building, but it would be useful to have all selected / visible lines totalled as have to manually download into Excel and then sum up in there. It doesn't make sense not to show totals for each coulmn.

Allow Viewers to see neighborhood outlines and employees assigned
Currently Viewers cannot see the outline of a neighborhood on the map. Would be great if Viewers can search for employee, and if they are in a neighborhood they can click on the neighborhood in the search bar. This then takes them to the floor displays the outline of the neighborhood and the list of names associated to the neighborhood. Similar experience for searching for employees assigned to a seat

Badge Integration for Hotel Desk Bookings
All employee badges will be turned off so they will not be able to enter the building. When an employee makes a desk reservation, their badge will be activated for the duration of their booking. Once the booking has been completed, the badge will be turned off again.

Units area needs to be determine per location and not for the Whole Application

In Rest of the world Metersfor Global Locations its crucial and this ability is useless since we need to select 1 value that is not working for other locations.

Configure scheduling horizon
Most calendaring apps enable admins to set the scheduling horizon for a given space to prevent users from booking indefinitely. For example in many orgs meeting rooms may only be booked up to 90 days in advance. We should be able to apply the same rules to hoteling desks. It would also be helpful of these settings could be set globally, by office and by workplace group membership.

modify single occurrence on recurring hoteling reservation
Currently you are unable to modify a single occurrence for a recurring hoteling reservation. For example say I have booked to be in the office every Monday, but will not be in 1 week as I'm on vacation. Currently I have to delete the entire reservation and reschedule.
