Ability to edit specific employee name, department, title, reporting to, etc. WITHOUT having to import full csv file every time.

cancel links separate from any other links
As a user I should not be able to accidentally cancel my reservation. The link should be in a different location from the acceptance links, space links, or anything else that I might accidentally click near the cancel link .

The separation of the "Remote/no desk needed" button into 2 was an upgrade, for sure. As I've been training and delegating responsibilities to other team members, there has been confusion around the "No desk needed" terminology/functionality. I have to explain this every time, but it would clear things up a lot if it read something like, "No Primary Desk" or "No Primary Desk Needed." The confusion has been around whether or not clicking this button would remove staff's ability to book Hoteling Desks. Just a better UX, imo.

Allow employee name search by their preferred name
Often employees go by a different name compared to their legal (HR) name. Allowing the search by preferred name will go a long way in locating people. Not everyone knows someone's legal name or their e-mail address.

As an admin I want the ability to add an employee to a workplace group by searching for them by email. Currently only their name is supported.

Grey out past days that are not bookable on the web.
Option- 1: When you click on a desk to book, the past days are grayed out.
Option- 2 : If you click on the top option to book a desk, the past days are not grayed out.Maintain uniformity to avoid confusion.

Default View Filter visibility for all Users in my Organization
To avoid Viewer confusion and allow for easier visibility:
We would really like the ability to have a default View Filter enabled for all Users who get added to our system. We spend a lot of time adding Seat Workplace Groups to floor plans but most employees don't know where to turn on that view filter and giving each one instructions to enable that (or any) view filter is onerous and results in a bad experience = users less likely to engage with the system.
Having the ability within the Admin settings to default any specific View Filter would be…

Allow users to check in to the Mobile App or Web Application at the exact time that users receive the check-in reminder email. Users report that they have to wait 5 minutes or longer to check in once receiving the check-in email.

custom spaces should have the same behavior as standard spaces
As an admin/user when I hover over a space on the floormap such as meeting room I am shown the label as well as other things such as notes or assets. When hovering over a custom space with assets and notes and a label I am shown the space type. The behavior should be the same.

Tickets via SiQ
I would like to request a ticket option for 'Desk Requests' so it allows users to request site support for desks (Primary, Hoteling, Private Offices etc) through SiQ. The current ticket fields are very limited and does not provide sufficient fields to allow sufficient info to be captured.

Allow hotel reservation guidelines to be set floor by floor vs a global setting for all buildings
The global default setting for hotel reservations is set for all of our buildings world wide. A department can reserve within their department only or the reservations can be made anywhere for any hotel space by anyone who has SIQ access. I would like a feature to set this default floor by floor in our buildings. Different floors/buildings or locations have different access requirements
