    1. When filtering on "Location", allow option to select floor like you can in the Hotel Desk Booking Report. Currently you can only select a whole building.

    2. When filtering on "Department", add a "select all" option so I can easily select all departments and deselect the small # I want to exclude. (Our reasoning: we want to see booking data for employees that are not office-dependant aka Facilities, IT, Physical Security so would deselect those three depts)

    3. Show Total # of bookings count somewhere, perhaps under the graphs and above the list of bookings. Currently I have no idea how many…

  3. The names of at least 2 employees should be visible(printable) on floor plans. This helps with Understanding seats used in different shifts. This is common in may global locations that have local and US working hour shifts.

  4. Optimize iPad app and have similar admin interface from desktop to iPad. I'm always walking around so having it on an iPad would be great.

  6. Would be great to have the ability to choose the European time format (00:00-23:59) that is displayed in the SpaceIQ application. You can add the additional control to the ‘Settings’ page. So that we can select the time format.

  7. The Deloitte hoteling system had a "Who's in the office feature" whenever you went to make a booking it would show you a list of employees who had also made bookings on the day that you're looking at.
    This way you had an idea of who might be going to the office without being invasive and asking when someone planned on going to the office. It is especially useful now during flexible working where no one is mandated to go into the office.

  8. It would be fantastic to be able to have the employee photos in Azure AD mapped over to SpaceIQ during provisioning. This would keep our photos in sync throughout our applications.

  9. We are creating focus rooms, that will need to be booked, but without the employee having to cancel their current desk reservation if they need to pop into a focus room for 30 minutes to an hour. So, a new usage type would be appreciated. Currently we have to allow unlimited desk bookings to enable this, which is far from ideal.

It would be great to have some visual signage that can link to Space IQ app so that when an employee comes to the office in an area, they can see a green light on hotel desks available and maybe just scan the desk/QR and it reserves in the app. Similar to lights in parking lots when looking for a space

  12. Mobile app reservation start time should sync to actual time and shouldn’t even show the option to book earlier than now. If today is July 12, 11am, it shouldn’t give me the option to book from 9:15. As of today, if I just click on find a desk without changing start hour, app takes me through the process then rejects because hour is past and I have to start again.

  13. The ability to customize the names of regions within the portfolio. Still based on location but more specific than AMER, EMEA or APAC. For example, US, Canada, UK etc.

    Phase 1 of future meeting room scheduling is available as of Nov 10 2021. Ability to book a meeting room for future date/time from web and mobile app (filter by assets, capacity, option to cancel booking) were a part of this release.

    Invite colleagues , add zoom links features are still in Analysis

  15. When someone books a hotel desk, the ability for it to automatically add it to their gmail or outlook calendar via an integration

  17. Currently when health check reminders are set, but you book now it sends a check in email but wont send a health check email because the time has passed. Instead of checking in via the email link, it keeps spinning until you log in and do the health check. You should send an email link to health check now when someone books for less than the set health check time reminder time frame.

  19. Currently, on the web, we have 2 options to book a hotel desk.
    Only have ONE way to book as this is very confusing for customers.
