Allow admin to customize desk type color
I'd like to be able to pick the colors assigned to each desk type: Hoteling, Hot, Shared, Individual, etc. This way I can better customize the map and how it looks to my employees!

Business day restriction for reoccurring booking
When booking reoccurring bookings the system automatically selects the weekends as well. It would be great to restrict hoteling to Monday - Friday.

Need to be able to set a home office
Individual users should be able to set a default office and level that will appear when looking to make a booking.
It is a pain to have to browse to the correct office and level each time I log in.

Search for Workplace groups
Clients utilizing Workplace Groups will need their employees to be able to search for seated workplace groups. Otherwise, in offices that have multiple floors in a building, it will be very difficult for employees to know where to find different groups.

Ability to add hiperlink to the Company-wide health check message ("Check-In" text field. )
We'd like to be able to add a hyperlink in a “Company-wide health check” message to make it more aesthetically pleasing, rather than entering the full URL. A hyperlink can redirect users to the specific company rules during the Covad-19 time.

Conference room assignment - color overlay for quick vis on who room assigned to
Drastic change to how conference rooms appear:
There is the ability to assign conference rooms to a Seat Workplace Group, but no visual queue on the floor plan after assignment. Having each room drawn as a box with a color coding based on Seat Workplace Groups, as is done with desks assigned to Seat Workplace Groups, would be a much better UX.

Designation requested for 1 Office shared by two people at the same time
In order for our "Office" reports to be accurate, we need one office (with one door) to show up as 1 office. However, we may have cubicle furniture set up inside this office that can accommodate 2 people inside this one space at the same time. Or, we can remove the cubicle furniture and configure this one office to accommodate only 1 person.
We need a way to show this office as one office on our reports, but to show that two users may be sharing this one office at the same time. I mention this to differentiate between a…1 vote -
