Prevent desk from being booked again until after it has been cleaned
As a facility manager who needs to ensure a safe working environment, I need to be able to clean desks after they are used. I'd like this to be automated as much as possible. Possible cases include:
- Clean conference rooms after they are used for a meeting
- Clean hoteling desks after they are used by an employee and before being used again by another employee
- Identify all rooms that were used during the day and clean them all after-hours
Ways to implement:
- Report of current meeting reservation and hotel bookings
- Report of daily meeting reservations and hotel bookings
- Report from SVLive or badging data on occupants during the day
- Auto-initiate a service request to clean after a meeting or booking time ends. This would also have to make the room or desk unreservable for a period of time, until cleaning finishes. Unreservable could be done by marking the room unreservable, or by making "cleaning" reservation automatically after each booking. Archibus Reservations contain pre- and post-time blocks for each room in order to do this.
