Cancel Past and Current Reservations
Past enhancements have not enabled a system administrator or end user to cancel a reservation after the start time has past. If a user realizes that no longer need a meeting room that they reserved, even if the time is over, our reporting will show the room as utilized when it was not. System administrators are locked out of deleting a reservation after the start time has past so we cannot assist someone who contacts us to say they won't be coming in as originally planned. We want clean data to properly analyze room utilization and this limitation keeps us from doing so.
