Out of office toggle to enable permeant desk to be used by other remote users
Create an option in Engage for colleagues with a permanent desk so that, when they are out of the office/on holiday/sick leave etc, their desk can become bookable by other remote users.
This would need a field for the user to set a date and release range as part of this so that, the desk owner doesn't have to remember to stop desk sharing again.
Also, the ability (for one-off bookings and permanently assigned desks) to: a) require check-in on the day via an email reminder with a check-in button or b) an email asking if the desk is still need and a release button.
This will help increase the capacity and flexibility of hybrid offices.
