  2. When making large moves or entire building optimizations, there are many pieces of equipment that need special handling, but aren't tied to a specific person...

    Example: if there are large storage cabinets that contain PHI or other sensitive information, I would love to be able to track that in a BOS sheet, to have a better handle on these items vs a generic furniture move. Items like these would not be tied to a specific person, therefore would not have a "spot" on the BOS sheet.

    I propose having another tab on the BOS sheet for "Business Moves." See attachment

  3. Upload photos to Space Name that are visible while in Spaces. Currently one can upload only 1 jpg but the image is not visibly - one must download the image to view it. It would be helpful if multiple images could be viewed when the Space Name is clicked.

  4. I would like a user to be able to modify their locale profile value without giving them visibility to the User Security section of Serraview.

    The ability of a user to modify the locale value for themselves in their Profile, so as to see imperial units instead of metric units when viewing floorplans, is controlled by the 'Configuration - Security - Edit User' Secured Action. But for this action to work, the user also needs to have the 'Configuration - Security - Access' Secured Action.

  5. Users incorrectly use the Notes field in Workplace, for example entering in their retention status comment in the ‘Workplace Notes’ field.
    By having the option to remove Notes, we would avoid confusion and ensure the information captured in our reports are accurate.

  10. Currently, when a Retention Status is configured for a space, current occupants of the space are removed.

    Lurie Children’s Hospital has a valid use case where they have a need to add a retention status to multi-occupant spaces, without clearing occupants.

    For example. Double office with a workpoint count of 2. Office has one assigned occupant and one desk which is being retained as future growth. Similarly, Triple office with a workpoint count of 3. Office has one assigned occupant and two desks being retained for future growth.

  11. When creating a manual Snapshot, a message appears instantly saying "The snapshot was successfully created", but the snapshot will not actually be completed for some time afterward. It would be great if there was a progress bar indicating what stage of creation the Snapshot is at, similar to Scenario Plan.

  12. I would like the ability to change the word "equipment" to something else when used in the context of a desk attribute. No one at my company seems to understand that word as it relates to what they may find on a desk. Please make this configurable.

  13. We are a global company and many desk attributes (aka "equipment") are specific to a region (Europe, America, APJ, for example). The ask is to show equipment list in the Reservation assist specific to the location chosen, instead of one global list.

  14. Quick Reports in Scenario Planner should include a report to output the selected neighbourhood's plan.
    should include:
    - If a team is selected, output the neighbourhood plan of that team
    - If a neighbourhood is selected, output the neighbourhood plan

  15. When increasing the size of the floorplan area in the VBS, the zoom level is not retained during the resizing of the window. If the user has already zoomed in, I would think that expanding the area of the window should keep the floorplan to the same zoom factor that it is before expanding the window area.

  16. As a Space Planner/CAFM Admin,
    I would like to be able to change point space types to polygon space types (and vice versa) in the Spaces or VBS modules,
    so I can better manage changes to individual spaces.

    Currently, the only way to change spaces with different polyline types is to complete a workpoint import, which is a lot of work to make a change to a single space.

  17. on the main page in the blue nav bar put a link so that the users can go right to our facilities site to reqeust that their badge be giving access to the location they want to visit so that they don't have to go out of Serraview and then search for it on our website.
