View Workstation Attributes
When looking for a desk have the ability to drill-down or view the workstation attributes such as Single monitor, Dual Monitor, docking station etc. The current 'Equipment' functionality is only a filter.

Alter desk fixed to flexi in bulk update spaces desks
The ability to efficiently change desks from fixed/flexi is hindered by the ability to only achieve this by doing it one by one, or in file upload. add overright ability in BULK UPDATE to alter working type of desk from fixed to flexi / flexi to fixed in production.

Different Icons for Engage and Locator
Can we have different icons for Engage and Locator now that they both appear on the Serraview Navigation Bar. When in collapsed mode, they both have a magnifying glass icon. This would support end users.

Enable Bulk Updates to Hood Names via Imports

I would like the ability to make bulk updates to Neighborhood names via a Hood Import the same way I can bulk update Workpoint names and Team names via Workpoint and Team Imports respectively,

Workplace Quick Reports - Split of Floor & Team Reports
Currently the Workplace Quick Reports governs both Floor & Team quick report access in the Workplace Portal. In many cases, we only want an administrator to be able to pull reports for their own team, not for the entire floor.
Being able to split which reports or available in the Floor vs Team quick reports would enable us to provide added benefits to our teams as the risk around allowing access to the floor reports has meant that the quick reports function is unusable.

Service Request form 'Required by' date add additional date restriction configuration
Currently it is possible to restrict the 'Required by' date input on a Service Request form so that dates are not allowed under a certain lead time. It would also be helpful to block off requesting dates that the MAC team will not accomodate, such as if they only perform moves on certain days of the week (e.g. Mon/Wed/Fri).

Employee Org Unit Hierarchy Diagram
It would be nice to see the Org unit hierarchy in a org chart diagram. That would includes the cost center and employees. We already have all of the information in some reports. The visual graphic will help understand how some organization works.

Add a Delete Icon to the VBS toolbar
Add a delete icon/button to the VBS toolbar to quick deletion of teams and neighbourhoods.

Rename "Cost Center"
Can we please rename the field Serraview calls "Cost Center" to be "Org Unit Number"?
For many companies this number is not their real cost center. It creates confusion between this number and the real cost center.

Show Published Moves defaults to being checked after phase is published
In the filter section of the BOS grid, there is a box for Show Published Moves. Could this default to automatically being checked (or give the option for it to be automatically checked) after the phase is published?

Notifications for Persons added to People Directory
It would be excellent to have a system notification or summary pop-up that notifies users that a person has been added to the People Directory so that the local admins can review and action. We have holding floors created for our sites that does aid towards identifying new additions but for those admins covering regional sites, they may not automatically check this without being prompted.

Space Type Selection Check Box Improvement
It doesn't make sense that unclicking a parent check block doesn't deselect all the children boxes below. Very unintuitive and not how similar interfaces on other software applications operate.
